RAMADHAN UL MUBARAK KI FAZILAT



Bismillahirrehmanirraheem



ramadhan ul mubarak ki badi fazilat hai aur use dusre mahinon par bahut saari baton me bartari hasil hai, jaisa ki hadith e mubarka se saabit hai,

aap(sws) ka farman hai:-" 5 namazen, ek juma se dusre juma tak aur ek ramadhan se dusre ramadhan tak agar bade gunahon se bach jaaye to (ye teeno) darmiyani gunahon ko khatm kar dete hain"

" jo shakhs iman ke saath aur talbe sawaab ke liye ramadhan ke roze rakhta hai uske pahle gunah maaf kar diye jaate hain"

" maine apni ummat ke ek shakhs ko (sapne me dekha) ki wah pyaas se haanp raha hai, jab bhi wa hauz par waarid hota hai use rok diya jata hai to jab ramadhan ka roza aaya to usne usko paani diya aur sair kar diya"

" ramadhan ki pahli raat shayateen aur sarkash jinnaat baandh diye jaate hain aur jahannum ke darwaze band ho jaate hain, unme se koi Darwaza nahi khulta aur jannat ke darwaze khol diye jaate hain aur unme se koi band nahi hota aur elaan karne waala elaan karta hai, aiy acchai talaash karne waale aage badh aur buraayi ke mutlaashi ruk ja aur allah(bahuton ko) jahannum se aazaad karta hai aur yah har raat hota hai"

RAMADHAN ME NEKI AUR EHSAAN KARNE KI FAZILAT:



Ramadhan ul mubarak ki fazilat ki wajah se usme neki, khairaat aur ehsaan ke kamon ki bahut tafseer se bayan kiya jaata hai


1- SADQA WA KHAIRAAT:


Aap (sws) ka farmaan hai:- " ramadhan me khairaat bahtar khairaat hai"

" jo shakhs rozedaar ko iftaar karaata hai to wah rozedaar ka sawaab kam kiye bina uske sawaab barabar sawaab ka haqdaar hoga"

" jo shakhs khaane peene ki kisi halaal cheez ke saath kisi rozedaar ka roza iftaar karaata hai to saara ramadhan farishte uske liye duwa karte rahte hain aur Jibreel(as) lailatul qadr me uske liye duwa karte rahte hain"

aur aap(sws) khairaat me sabse zyaada khairaat karne waale they aur ramadhan ul mubarak me jab jibreel(as) aap(sws) ko milte to bahut hi khairaat karte"

2- RAAT KI NAMAZ:



Aap(sws) ka farmaan hai:- " jo shakhs iman ke saath aur talbe sawaab ke liye ramadhan ki raat me namaaz padhta hai uske pahle ke gunaah bakhsh diye jaayege"

aur aap(sws) ramadhan ul mubarak ki raton me jaagte they aur aakhiri das(ten) raaton me apne ghar walon aur har chhote bade ko jo namaz padh sakta tha bedaar karte they"

3-TILAWAT E QUR'AN E KAREEM:



rasoollullah sallalaho alaihi wasallam ramdhan ul mubarak me zyadati se tilawat karte they aur jibreel(as) bhi ramadhan ul mubarak me aap(sws) ke saath qur'an paak ka daur karte they"

aap(sws) qayam e ramadhan me qirat dusre ayyam ke muqable me lambi karte They, ek raat huzaifa ra ne aap(sws) ke saath qayaam kiya to aap(sws) ne surah baqarah padhi phir aale imraan aur phir surah nisa, jab aap(sws) ayat chhoti padhte to thahar jaate aur sawaal karte abhi, do rakate nahi padhi thin ki hz bilaal ra aa gaye aur subah ki namaz ki khabar di jaisa ki hadith me aaya hai:

aap(sws) ka irshaad hai:-" roza aur qur'an bande ke liye qiyamat ke din sifarish karenge, roza kahega, aiy rabb! Maine ise din me khaane aur peene se roka tha, aur qur'an kahega ki maine ise raat ke waqt sone se roka tha to hamari( iske haq me) sifarish qubool farma"

4-EHTEQAAF ME BAITHNA:



Allah ki qareebi haasil karne ke liye ibadat ke liye masajid me rahna ehtikaaf hai, aap(sws) ehtikaaf me baithte they aur wafaat tak ramadhan ul mubarak ki aakhiri das(ten) raaton me masjid me ehtikaaf aap(sws) ka mamool raha, jaisa ki sahih hadith me waarid hai:

aap(sws) ne farmaya:- " masajid har muttaqi ka ghar hai aur allah taala ne us shakhs ke liye jiska ghar masajid hai khushi, rahmat, aur pul-siraat se guzarne par apni khushi yani jannat ki kifaalat di hai"

5- UMRAH KARNA:


Ramadhan ul mubarak me allah ke ghar ki ziyarat, tawaaf aur sai safa wa marwa karna umra hai( isme ahraam aur niyat bhi zaroori hai)


aap(sws) ka irshaad hai:- " ramadhan me umra karna mere saath hajj karne ke( sawaab ke) barabar hai"

" ek ke baad dusra umrah beech ke gunahon ke liye kaffara hai"

KIS CHEEZ SE MAAH E RAMADHAN UL MUBARAK KA DAAKHIL HONA SAABIT HOTA HAI??

ramadhan ul mubarak ki aamad ki tahqeeq (sahi ilm) ya to is tarah hogi ki usse pahla maheena shabaan poore 30 din ka muqammal ho gaya hai to 31wa din ramadhan ki pahli tareekh hoga ya phir chand(moon) dekhne se uski aamad ka faisla hoga yani shabaan ki 30wi tareekh ko agar chand nazar aa jaaye to ramadhan ul mubarak shuru ho jayega aur is soorat me agle din ka roza rakhna farz hai isliye ki allah taala ka farmaan hai:

" tumme se jo mahina(ramadhan) ko paa le wah uske roze rakhe"


aur aap(sws) ka farmaan hai:-" jab tum chand dekh lo to roze rakho aur jab chand dekh lo to iftaar karo ,agar baadal(clouds) etc ho to 30 din ki ginti puri kar lo"

ramdhanul mubarak ke chand ke liye ek bharosemand shakhs ya do bharosemand(haq faisla karne waale) shakhs ki gawahi kaafi hai, isliye ki aap(sws) ne ramadhan ke chand ki roiyyat ke liye ek gawah ki gawahi ko kaafi qaraar Diya hai"

albatta iftaar ke liye shawwal ke chand ka hona kam se kam do aadil gawahon se hoga, isliye ki aap(sws) ne iftaar ke liye ek gawaah ki gawahi ko naafiz nahi kiya hai,

WARNING!!


jo shakhs ramadhan ka chand dekh leta hai aur(kisi wajah se) uski gawahi radd ho jaaye to wah khud roza rakhega lekin agar iftaar ka chand dekh leta hai aur uski gawahi qubool nahi hoti to wah iftaar nahi karega,


isliye ki aap(sws) ka irshad hai:-" roza us din hai jab tum roza rakho aur iftaar bhi usi din hai jab tum iftaar kar aur qurbaani bhi usi din jis din tum qurbaani karo"

ROZE KE SHARAIT AUR USKI QAZA KA BAYAAN:


1-ROZE KE SHARAIT:


Musalman par roza tab farz hai ki wah aaqil, baaligh ho isliye ki aap(sws) ka farman hai:

" 3 marfu ul qalam hain: majnu theek hone tak, sone waala bedaar hone tak aur nabaligh baligh hone tak"

(ahmad, abu dawood)


aur Musalman aurat ke liye yah bhi shart hai ki wah haiz wa nifaas se paak ho, aap(sws) ne aurat ke deeni nuksaan me farmaya:-" kya aise nahi ki jab haiz waali hati hai na namaz padhti hai aur na hi roza rakhti hai?"

2- MUSAFIR KA ROZA:



Musalman jab 48 miles ke safar ka iraada kare to shariat ne use izazat di hai ki roza na rakhe aur jab ghar wapas aaye to phir qaza karle jaisa ki allah tala ka irshad hai:


" jo tumme bimaar hain ya safar me hain wah dusre dino me ginti poori karen"


haan agar roza rakhne me musaafir ko pareshaani nahi hai aur wah roza rakh leta hai to bhi theek hai aur agar roze ke dauran e safar taqleed hoti hai to iftaar bahtar hai,

hz abu saeed khudri ra farmate hain:-" ham rasoollullah(sws) ke saath jung ke liye jaate they, ramadhanul mubarak me kuch roze rakhte aur kuch na rakhte to koi kisi se shikwa(problem) nahi karta tha, albatta yah baat peshe nazar rahti thi ki Jo roza aasaani se rakh sakta hai wah roza rakhe aur kamzor hai wah iftaar kare yah accha hai"

3- BIMAAR KA ROZA:




ramdhanul mubarak me musalman bimaar ho jaaye to wah shakht mahnat sahan kiye bina roza rakh sakta hai to roza rakhe warna iftaar kare, phir agar us bimaari se shifa yaafta hone ki ummeed hai to un dino ke roze ki qaza karega aur agar sehat mand hone ki ummeed nahi hai aur marz lamba hai to ek mud anaaj(rizq,food) kisi haqdaar ko khilaaye,

allah ka irshaad hai:

"aur iski taaqat rakhne waale fidye me ek misqeen ka khaana de"



4- BUDHE(AGED) SHAKHS KE ROZE KA HUQM:



Musalman mard ya aurat budhape ki is hadd ko pahunch jaaye ki roza na rakh saken to ek miskeen ko khaana khilaaye,

" ibne abbas(ra) farmate hain: ek budhe ke liye izazat hai ki wah har din ke badle ek miskeen ko khaana khilaaye aur us par qaza nahi hai"

5- HAMILA(PREGNANT) AUR DHOODH PILAANE WAALI AURAT KE ROZE KA HUQM:




Musalman aur agar haamila hai aur roza rakhne ki soorat me use yah bache(unborn) ke liye khatra hai to iftaar kar or theek hone ke bad qaza kare,

agr yah aurat daulat mand hai to rozana 1 mud anaaj(food) bhi khairaat kare taki uske liye zyada sawab ki wajah bane or us barqat hasil ho,


yahi huqm dhoodh pilane waali aurat ka hai, use ya uski aulad ko khatra hai to wah bhi roza na rakhe jabki or koi aurat dhoodh pilane ke liye nahi milti, qur'an paak ki is ayat se yah huqm nikala gaya hai


wa aalal lazeena yuti-qu-nahu fidyatun ta-aa mu misqeen


" or uski taqat rakhne wale fidye me 1 misqin ka khana de"


"yutiqu nahu" ka asl maana yah hai ki wah roza rakhne me shadeed pareshaani paye, agar aise log iftar karen to qaza kare ya 1 miskeen ko khana khilaaye,


Note:


1- 1 shakhs bina ujar agle Ramadhan tak chut gaye rozon ki qaza nhi de saka to us par lazim hai ki wa har din k badle 1 miskin k khana khilaye or roze qaza bhi kare

2- koi musalman mar jaye or us par roze hai to uski taraf se uska wali roza rakhe, ap(sws) ka farman hai:-"jo mar jaaye or usne roze ki qaza deni hai to uska wali uski taraf se roza rakhe"

ROZE KE ARKAAN SUNNAN AUR MAKROOHAAT


Bismillahirrahmanirraheem



ROZE KE ARKAAN,SUNAN AUR MAKRUHAAT:



1- ROZE KE ARKAAN:


1- din me roza rakne ka pakka iraada sirf allah ke huqm ke paalan me aur uski qareebi haasil karne ke liye, irshaad nabwi (sws) hai:

" kamon ka aadhar(base) niyaton par hai"


agar farz roza hai to subaah saadiq se pahle raat ko hi uski niyat wa iraada kare, aap(sws) ka farmaan hai:- " jo roze ki raat ko niyat na kare uska roza nahi hai"

aur agar roza nafil hai to subah hone ke baad bhi niyat kar sakta hai balki agar kuch khaaya piya nahi hai to suraj tulu(rises) hone ke baad bhi niyya ho sakti hai,


hz aisha (ra) farmati hain:-" ek din aap(sws) mere paas aaye aur farmaya tumhare paas koi cheez hai? Hamne kaha, nahi, aap sws ne farmaya, to phir main rozedaar hun"

2- ROZE ME MASNOON KAAM:



1- Iftaar jaldi karna masnoon hai ya yah ki suraj guroob(set) hone ke fauran baat iftaar kiya jaaye,


Aap(sws) ka irshad hai:-" jab tak log iftaar jaldi karenge acchai me rahenge"

aur hz anas(ra) farmate hain:-" nabi(sws) iftaar karke mahhrhb ki namaz padhte they ek ghoont paani se iftaar karte "

2- taaza ya khusk khajoor ya paani se roza iftaar karna sunnat hai, isme pahli cheez se iftar bahtar hai aur aakhir dusri paani se iftaar halka darja hai, mustahab yah hai ki 3 ya 5 ya 7 daane se iftaar kiya jaaye,


hz anas bin malik (ra) farmate hain:-" rasoollullah(sws) taaza khajooron se pahle iftaar karte they, agar taaza na hoti to khusk khajooron ke saath, agar yah bhi na hoti to paani ke kuch ghoont bhar lete"

3- iftar ke waqt dua padhna bhi masnoon hai isliye ki aap (sws) iftaar ke waqt farmate they:


trans:-" aiy allah! Hamne tere hi liye roza rakha aur tere rizq par iftaar kar rahe hain, isliye hamse qubool farma, beshaq tu hi sunne wala, jaanne Waala hai"

aur ibne umar(ra) kaha karte they:-" aiy allah! Main teri rahmat se jo har cheez par chhaayi hai sawaal karta hun ki mere gunaahon ki maghfirat farma"

4- sahri khana sunnat hai, yani raat ke aakhiri hisse me roze ki niyat se khana aur peena, isliye ki aap(sws) ka irshaad hai:-" hamare aur ahle kitaab ke roze me sahri khane ka hi farq hai"

aur farmaya:


" sahri khaao isliye ki sahri me barqat hai"

(bukhari,wa muslim)



5- sahri raat ke aakhiri waqton tak der karna bahtar hai kyonki aap(sws) ka farmaan hai:

" meri ummat us waqt tak theek rahegi jab tak wah iftaar jaldi aur sahri me deri karegi"

sahri ka waqt raat ke aakhiri aadhi se shuru hota hai aur subah saadiq hone tak rahta hai,


hz zaid bin saamit (ra) farmate hain:-" hamne rasoollullah(sws) ke saath sahri khaayi phir namaz ke liye uthe, maine malum kiya azaan aur sahri me kitna Waqt tha? Kaha 50 aayete kareema ke andaaze par"

WARNING:


Subah saadiq hone me shaq hai to kha pee sakte hain lekin subah ka yaqeen ho jaaye to ruk jaana zaroori hai, allah taala ka huqm hai:

" raat ke siyaah dhaage se subah ka safed dhaaga saaf ho jaane tak khaao aur piyo"


ibne abbas(ra) se ek shakhs ne kaha, main sahri kha raha hun jab subah ka shak ho jaaye to aaya khana band kar dun? Farmaya: jab tak shak hai khata rah aur jab subah ka yaqeen ho jaaye to phir ruk ja

3-ROZE KE MAKHRUHAAT:




Kuch cheezen aisi hain jinse roza nahi toot ta magar roze ke liye napasandida hain, aur roza kharaab karne ki wajah ban sakti hai jaise:


1- wuju ke waqt kulli karne aur naak me paani me mubaligha nahi karna chahiye, isliye aap(sws) ka farman hai:

" naak me paani daalne me mubaaligha kar ya yah ki tu roze se rah"

(ashab e sunan w bin khazimiyah wa sahih)



Aap(sws) ne naak me mubaaligha se paani daalna isi khatre ki wajah se napasand kiya hai ki kahin paani andar na chala jaaye or roza kharab na ho jaaye


2- bosa dene lene se waasna(sexual) bhadak sakti hai jisse agr mazi bahar aa jaaye ya sahwat ho jaaye to roza kharab ho jaayega


3-aurat ko haath lagana ya uske jism ko apne jism se lagana


4- koi cheez muh me daalkar chabaana, isliye ki ho sakta hai uske kuch parts halaq k neeche chalen jaye


5- khane ko chakhna


6- wuju k elawa bila zarurat kulli karna


7- din k pahle hisse me surma lagana , pichle hisse me koi farq nahi hai


8- singi ke zariye ya "fasd" khol kar khoon nikaalna isliye ki isse kamzori hogi aur ho sakta hai ki maamla iftaar par khatm ho jaaye


note: aankh me surma roza me khalal kisi ke yahan ki nahi hai, mere nazdeek din ke awwal me napasand hai, jabki aakhiri hisse me napasand nahi hai, magar yah farq bila daleel hai

ROZA TODNE WAALE AUR ROZEDAAR KE LIYE JAAYEZ AUR QAABILE MAAFI KAAM



ROZE KO TODNE WAALI CHEEZEIN:


1- koi cheez maide me pahunch jaaye, naak k zariye ya aankh or kaan me qatre daalne se ya sharmgaah k raaste se jaisa ki hukna ho sakta hai,


2- wuzu me kulli ya gharaara karte hue paani andar chala jaaye,


3- 1 cheez ko baar baar dekhne ya sochne ya bosa dene ya ikatthe sone ki wajah se mani nikalne se


4- jaan bhoojhkar kaiy karna, isliye ki aap(sws) ka irshad hai:

" jo jaankar kaiy karta hai wa qaza kare"


albatta bila akhtiyaar kaiy aane se roza nahi toot ta,


5- roze ki haalat me khana ,peena ,or sex karna


6-yah samjhkar khana, peena ki suraj gurub ho gaya hai magar din ka waqt tha


7- yah samjh kar khana peena ki abhi raat hai magar subah ho chuki thi


8- bhul kar khaane peene k baad ye samjhkar kha pi lena ki ab roza toot gaya hai


9- muh k zariye khane or peene k elawa koi cheez peit me chali jaaye, jaisa ki Moti ya dhaga nigal lena, isliye ki ibne abbas ra kahte hain: "roza koi cheez andar le jaane ka naam hai baahar karne ka nahi"

is farman me ibn abbas ra ka maqsad ye hai ki peit me koi cheez chali jaaye to roza toot jaata hai, lekin kisi cheez k baahar hone se nahi, jaisa ki khoon ya qaiy etc.


10- bila taaweel roze ki niyat khatm karne se, chahe koi cheez na khaaye na peeye roza toot jaata hai, haan agar iftaar ki niyat kisi taweel ki buniyad par hai to roza nahi tootega,


11- islam se irtidaad(islam se nikal jaana) or phir dobara islam me aane se, isliye ki allah taala ka irshad hai:

" agar tune shirk kiya to tere kaam barbaad ho jaayenge aur tu nuksaan waalon mese ho jaayega"


ooper diye gaye kamon se roza toot jaata hai or 1 din ki qaza laazim hoti hai magar unme kaffara nahi hai,



ROZE KI QAZA AUR USKA KAFFARA KYONKAR WAJIB HOTA HAI??


1- jabr ke bina jaan bhoojhkar Sex karna, isliye ki hz abu hurairah(ra) ne farmaya: kis cheez ne tujhe halaq kar diya? Kaha ramzanul mubarak me maine apni aurat se sex kar liya hai, farmaya ek ghulam maujood hai jise aazaad kar sako, us shakhs ne kaha nahi!, farmaya 2 mahine lagataar roze rakh sakte ho? Kaha nahi ,farmaya: 60 miskeeno ko khaana khila sakte ho? Arz kiya nahi, aur phir baith gaya, aap(sws) ke paas khajooron ki ek zambeel laayi gayi to aap(sws) ne farmaya, yah le jaao aur ise khairaat kar do, wah shakhs kahne laga kisko khairaat kar dun us ilaake me mere ghar walon se zyada koi mohtaaj nahi hai,

aap(sws) muskuraaye aur farmaya:-" ise le jaao aur apne ghar walon ko khilaao"

2- bila ujar khana ya peena, abu hanifa rh aur maalik rh ke nazdeek kaffara ki wajah hai, unki daleel yah hai ki ek shakhs ne ramzan me iftaar kiya to aap(sws) ne use kaffara ka huqm diya,

isi tarah ab hurairah Ra ki riwayat hai ki ek shakhs aap(sws) ke paas aaya aur kaha maine jaan bhoojhkar roza iftaar kiya hai, aap (sws) ne use ghulam aazad karne ya do mahine lagataar roze rakhne ya 60 miskeeno ko khaana khilane ka huqm diya

2- KAUN SI CHEEZEIN ROZEDAAR KE LIYE MUBAAH HAIN??


1-rozedaar din me jab chaahe miswaak kar sakta hai, albatta imam ahmad rh zawaal ke baad miswak karne ko durust nahi samjhte.


2- garmi ki shiddat me thanda paani istemaal karna, chaahe jism par daale ya usme dubki lagaaye koi haraj nahi.


3- raat ke waqt subah saadiq se pahle khana, peena, ya wati karna


4- kisi jayez zarurat ke liye safar karna, chahe uske natije me roza iftaar karna pade,


5- halaal dawayen(medicine) istemal karna jabki maide tak na pahunche,


6- chhota bacha jo khana chaba nahi sakta aur use uski zarurat hai agar koi rozedaar khana chabakar uske muh me daale to mubaah hai magar shart Yah hai ki chabaane waale rozedaar ke maide me koi cheez na chali jaaye,


7- khusbu lagana ya khusbudaar dhuwa(smoke) lena bhi mubaah hai isliye ki shariat se is baare me koi manaahi nahi hai,


3- ROZEDAAR KO KYA KUCH MAAF HAI??


1- thook(saliva) chahe zyada ho nigal lena isse muraad rozedaar ka apna thook hai kisi aur ka nahi


2- kaiy ya khane ki ulti basharte ki zabaan ki nok tak aakar wapas maide me na chali jaaye


3- bila akhtiyar makkhi(houseflies) etc ka andar chale jaana


4- gard o gubaar aur kaarkhaane ya lakdiyon ka dhuwa(smoke) ka andar chale jaana


5- jumbi haalat me subah ho jaana chahe saara din na naha sake aur jumbi rah jaaye


6- roze ki halat me night flow (wet dream) ho jana isliye ki hadith me hai:-" 3 marfual qalam hain: majnu theek hone tak, sone wala bedaar hone tak, aur nabaaligh baligh hone tak

7- ghalti se ya bhool kar kha pee lena, magar imam Malik rh farz roze me qaza karne k qayel hain or nafil roze me farmate hain kaza nhi,

aap(sws) ka farman hai:-" jo rozadar bhul kar kha le ya pi le wah apna roza poora kare, use allah taala ne khilaya wa pilaya hai"

or farmaya-" ramzanul mubarak me jo shakhs bhool kar iftar kare us par qaza hai na kaffara"

QAFFARA AUR USKI HIQMAT KA BAYAN:


1- ROZE KA KAFFARA:


Shariat ke khilaaf me kisi gunaah ki bharpaayi ke liye jo kaam kiya jaaye wah kaffara kahlata hai, agar ek shakhs ne ramdhanul mubarak ke din sex kar liya ya jaankar khana khaya ya koi cheez Pee li to ek baak ke is jurm ki paadaash me 3 kaamon me se ek ka karna us par laazim hai: momin ghulam aazaad kare ya 2 mahine tak lagataar roze rakhe ya 60 miskeeno ko khana khilaaye, anaaj ya jau ya khajoor ka ek mud har miskeen ko de jiski use taaqat ho jaisa ki pahle bayan ki gayi hadith se saaf hota hai aur agar jurm baar baar ho raha hai to kaffara bhi baar baar ada karna hoga, agar ek shakhs ek din sex karta hai aur dusre din khaa pee leta hai to use do kaffare dene padenge.


2- KAFFARE KI HIQMAT:


Kaffara isliye hota hai ki shariat ko bacchon ka khel hone se bachaaya jaaye aur uski hurmat ki hifazat ki jaaye jab musalman Ka nafs gunaah ke nateeje me ganda huwa to kaffara uske liye paaki ka sabab hai

isi ke saath kaffara wa kaifiyat me isi andaaz par hona zaroori hai jaisa ki sharai huwa taaki sahih taur par gunaah ka khaatma aur nafs par uske effect ko dur kar sake, kaffara me allah taala ka farman asl hai:

"beshak nekiyan buraiyyon ko mita deti hain"

aur aap(sws) ka yah farman hai:

" tu jahan bhi hai allah se darr aur buraayi ke peeche neki kar wah use khatm kar degi aur logon se accha sulook kar"

1- ROZE KI TAREEF:


" Siyam" arbic lugat me isko ruk jaane ko kahte hain, shar'an uska matlab yah hai ki ibadat ke iraade se khaane, peene aur aurton se sex aur deegar kamon se subah saadiq se sooraj ke guroob hone tak bache rahna.



2: FARZIYAT KI TAREEKH:


Allah taala ne pahli ummaton ki tarah ummat e muhammadia par bhi is huqm me roza farz qaraar diya hai:-" aiy iman walon! Tum par roza farz hai jis tarah tumse logon par farz tha taaki tum darne waale ban jaao"

ROZE KI FAZILAT AUR FAAYEDE:



1- USKI FAZILAT:


Ahadith mubarak roze ki fazilat aur ahmiyat saabit karti hai:


rasoollullah(sws) ne farmaya:

" roza jahannum se dhaal hai jis tarah tumhari ladaai bachaane waali dhaal hoti hai"

" jo shakhs allah ke raaste Me ek din ka roza rakhta hai allah uska chehra us din ke badle jahannum se 70 saal door kar dega"

" jannat me ek darwaja hai jise ' riyaan' kaha jaata hai, qiyamat ke din usse roze waale daakhil honge, unke elawa unme se koi andar nahi ja sakega, pukaara jaayega rozedaar kahan hai? We khade ho jaayenge, unke elawa koi aur us(darwaje) se daakhil nahi hoga, jab ye daakhil ho jaayenge to darwaaja band kar diya jaayega aur koi bhi daakhil na hoga"


2- ROZE KE TIBBI FAAYEDE:


Roze ke tibbi fayede hain, roze ke faayede me ' sabr ki hiqmat' hoti hai, apne aap par control karna sikhaata hai aur usme madad karta hai aur nafs wa ruh me taqwa ka ansh ijaad karta hai aur usko badhaata hai, aur yahi taqwa ki wajah allah taala ne qur'an paak me irshaad kiya hai

" tum par roza farz hai jis tarah Tumse pahle logon par farz tha taaki tum muttaqi ban jaao"

roze ke faayede me yah hai ki ummat me parhezgaari aur unity ki aadat paida hoti hai, insaaf aur eksaaniyat ki muhabbat badti hai aur imaandaaron me neki ka sulooq aur dusron par ahsaan karne ki aadat paida hoti hai isi tarah roza samaaj ko buraiyon aur kharaabion se bachata hai, aur roze ke tibbi faayede me se yah hai ki usse aantein(intestine ) theek hoti hain aur maidd ka sudhar hota jata hai aur jism ki gandagi aur bekaar cheezon se paak wa saaf karta hai aur isi tarah motape ki charbi ke bhojh me kami ki wajah banta hai......


Aap(sws) ki hadith me hai:- " roza rakho aur sehat yaab raho"

1- KAUN SE ROZE MUSTAHAB HAIN??



neeche diye gaye dino me roza rakhna mustahab hai:


1- Arfe ke din: 9 dhul hijjah ko roza rakhna mustahab hai siwaaye mahram( jisne hajj ke liye ahraam baandha hai) ke wah roza na rakhe, isliye ki aap(sws) ka farmaan hai:

" 9 dhul hijjah ka roza, pichle aur aane waale 2 saal ke gunahon ka kaffara hai, aur 10 muharram ka roza pichle ek saal ke gunahon ka kaffara hai"


2- Aashoora ka roza: yani muharram ki 9wi aur 10wi din ka roza bhi mustahab hai, aap sws ka farmaan hai:

" 10 muharram ka roza pichle saal ke gunahon ka kaffara hota hai"

aur aap(sws) ne khud 10 muharram ka roza rakha aur us din ke roza rakhne ka huqm diya aur farmaya:

" inshaallah ham agle saal 9 muharram ka roza rakhenge"

3- shawwal ke 6 roze mustahab hain, isliye ki aap(sws) ka irshaad hai:-" jo Ramadhan ke roze rakhe aur uske baad 6 din shawwal ke to maano usne saara saal roza rakhe"

4- shabaan ke pahle 15 dino me roza rakhna mustahab hai, hz aisha(ra) farmati hai:-

" ramadhaul mubarak ke elawa maine aap(sws) ko poora mahina roze rakhte hue nahi dekha, aur shabaan ke dino se zyada aur kisi mahine me roze rakhte maine aap(sws) ko nahi dekha"

5- dhul hijjah ke pahle ashre(10 days) me roze rakhna mustahab hai, isliye ki aap(sws) ka farman hai:-" dhul hijjah ke 10 dino se badhkar koi din nahi jinme nek amal allah taala ko zyada mahboob ho, logon ne kaha, ya rasoollullah(sws) jihaad fi sabilillah bhi? Farmaya, jihaad fi sabilillah bhi, ya yah ki ek insan apni jaan wa maal ke saath jihaad me chala jaaye aur phir(dono me se) kuch wapas na laaye"

6- muharram ke mahine me roze bhi isi tarah se hai, rasoollullah(sws) se sawaal huwa ki ramdhanul mubarak ke Baad kaun sa roza bahtar hai? To aap(sws) ne farmaya:

" yah allah ka mahina hai jise tum muharram kahte ho"

7- har mahine ki sufaid(white) raton ke dino 13,14, aur 15 ka roza mustahab hai,

hz abu zar(ra) farmate hain:

" rasoollullah(sws) ne hamen huqm diya tha ki sufaid raatö me 3 dinon 13,14, aur 15 ke roze rakhen aur farmaya yah saal ke roze ki tarah hain"

8-9: peer(monday) aur jumeraat(thursday) ke din roza rakhna bhi saabit hai ki aap(sws) aam taur par in dinon me roze rakhte they , is baare me pucha gaya to farmaya:

" har peer aur jumeraat ke din amaal pesh kiye jaate hain, sab musalmaano ya imaan walon ko allah taala maaf kar deta hai, siwaay do baat karne chhodne waalo ke, unke baare me farmata hai ki unka maamla latka do"

10- ek din roza rakhna aur ek din iftaar karna mustahab hai isliye ki aap(sws) ka qaul hai:-" Allah ko dawood(as) ka roza zyada pasand hai aur namazon me bhi dawood (as) ki namaz zyada pasand hai, wah aadhi raat sote aur ek tihaai(one-third) qiyaam karte aur phir chhata(sixth) hissa sote aur isi tarah ek din roza rakhte aur ek din iftaar karte"


11- ghair shadi-shuda(unmarried) ke liyd jo nikaah ki taaqat nahi rakhta uske liya roza rakhna bahtar hai, isliye ki aap(sws) ne farmaya hai:-" jo nikaah ki taaqat rakhta hai wah nikaah kar le yah nigaah ko neecha karta hai aur sharmgaah ko bachaata hai aur jo taaqat nahi rakhta wah roze rakhe yah uske liye (shahwat ki) tezi khatm karne waala hai"

MAQROOH ROZE KAUN SE HAIN?



1- Maidaan e Arfa me waqoof karne waalon( yani haaji) ke liye yaum e arfa ka roza najayaz hai, isliye ki aap(sws) ne arfa waalon ke liye roza haraam karaar diya hai

2- sirf jumah ke din roza rakhna bhi sahih nahi, isliye ki aap(sws) ka farman hai:-" juma ka din tumhare liye eid hai us din roza na rakho, ya yah ki ek din pahle ya baad ka uske saath roza rakho"

3- sirf hafta ke din roza rakhna bhi theek nahi isliye ki aap(sws) ka farmaan hai:-" hafta ke din farz roza ke elawa koi roza na rakho, agar is din khaane ko kuch na mile to agar angoor ka chilka ya ped(tree) ki lakdi ki chaba lo"

1- "wisaal ke roze" yani do din ya zyada din bina iftaar kiye lagataar roze rakhna, isliye ki aap(sws) ka huqm hai:-" bina iftaar kiye lagataar roze na rakho"

3- "Maahwaari aur nifaas ke dino me roze rakhna", isliye ki maahwari(periods) aur nifaas se roza faasid ho jaata hai.

Aap(sws) ka farman hai:-" kya aisa nahi ki jab aurat ko haiz aata hai na wah namaz padhti aur na hi roze rakhti hai, aur yahi uske deen ka nuksan hai"

from the Hanafi Scholars


1. Badrud-deen al-Ainee writes in Umdatal-Qaaree explantion of Saheeh al-Bukhaari (5/279, Al-Muneeriyyah Print),


"Imaam Shaaf'iee has taken proof from Saheeh Ibn Khuzaimah which mentions the Prophet placing his hands upon his chest and it is this saying which Imaam Nawawee in Al-Khulaasah and Imaam Ibn Daqeeq Taqiyud-deen in his book Al-lmaam have respectively mentioned. The author of Hidaayah has utilised another hadeeth as proof for us (Ahnaaf) that the Prophet's Sunnah was to place the hands below the navel. But this saying is not proven from the Prophet but it is the saying of Alee."


this clearly shows that Imaam Ainee accepts the proof to place the hands upon the chest as reaching the Prophet ( sallelaho alaihi wa alaihi wasalam ) and, in contrast, he does not authenticate the placing of the hands below the navel but calls it the saying of Alee.


However even this saying of Alee is not proven from Alee himself as is reported in Musnad Ahmad (1/110)

and its chain includes Abdur-Rahmaan ibn Ishaaq al Wasitee Abu Shayba, of whom there has been severe critisicm. Imaam Ahmad and Haakim call him munkar (rejected), Yahyaa Ibn Ma'een has called him matrooq (abandoned),

Imaam Ibn Hibbaan has stated that he used to change the narrations and chain of narrators and that he used to bring abandoned narrations from famous people. To take any narration from him is haraam. Likewise, Bukhaari, Abu Zurah, Nisaa'ee, Abu Dawood, Ibn Sa'd, Yaqoob ibn Sufyaan and others have called him weak (refer to Meezan al I'tidaal (2/54) and Tahdheeb at-Tahdheeb (1/134).

Allamaah Ibn al-Ajmee in his book Al-Khasf al-Hatheeth has mentioned him under the categories of those who would fabricate hadeeth and upon such a mans narrations no Muslim can rely. Indeed even Imaam Zailee Hanafee in Nasbur-Raayah (1/314) and Abdul-Hayy Lucknowee Hanafee in Haasihya Hidaayah (2/102) quote from Imaam Nawawi that this narration is weak by consensus. Likewise, Shaikh Ibn Humaam in Fathul-Qadeer explanation of Al Hidaayah (p. 201) mentions the same.



2. Allaamah Ibn Najeem Hanafee states in Bahr ar-Raqaaiq Sharh Kunz Ad Dakayk (1/320), "There is no hadeeth of such a level as to permit its being taken as proof that the Prophet placed his hands at a specific place in the prayer, except for one hadeeth of Waa'il, may Allaah be pleased with him, (which has been mentioned as hadeeth number 3).


3. Ibn Ameerul-Haaj in Munniyyah al-Musalli states the above also.



4. Mulla Haddad Jouwnpooree in Sharh Hidaayah (p. 407)

in manuscript form, states that the proof of Imaam Shaf'iee is the Hadeeth of Waail, may Allaah be pleased with him. As far as the narration of Alee is concerned which states that the Prophets way was to place the hands below the navel, then this narration by consensus is weak. Further proof consolodating its weakness is the narration of Alee in explanation that 'wanhar' is to place the hands upon the chest. 'An-Naahir' is known as the upper part of the chest and this is why the tafseer\s such. As for the one who goes against this narration, it is obligatory for him to follow the hadeeth of Waail. Having understood the above, it is incorrect to say that putting the hands below the navel is a symbol of respect
and humility, since this is contradictory to the hadeeth.


you will see that these proofs are from respective and authoratative Hanafee scholars, especially Ameerul-Haaj who is seen to be close in rank to his teacher Ibn Humaam Hanafee. We can understand the following important points from these sayings:

1. It is authentically proven to put the hands on the chest in prayer.
2 .It is obligatory to follow this hadeeth.
3. Alee, may Allaah be pleased with him, has explained the verse, 'Wanhar1 to
mean placing the hands upon the chest.
4. The verification of the action of Alee as mentioned in various narrations.
5. It is also proven from the Qur'aan to place the hands upon the chest.
6 There is no authentic narration stating that the Prophet placed his hands below the navel in prayer. Rather, all those narration which are mentioned in this regard are weak and unacceptable.


Our Hanafee brothers should learn a lesson from these statements and should abandon following a matter which is not proven from any source but is merely speculative.




It should be known that the leader of the Hanafees, Anwar Shah Kashmiri in Faidh al-Baari Sharh Saheeh al-Bukhaari (2/26) confirms what is stated above when he states that he researched many copies but that in none of them could he find this narration of placing the hands below the navel.


We therefore strongly advise the Hanafee brothers to follow the truth especially as Imaam Abu Hanifah said,

"When an authentic narration is presented then that is my madhhab," {As-Sharee (1/380) and he also said, "When a hadeeth of the Prophet is present leave my saying," Hazan Tur Rawayat p. 25 manuscript). Therefore if one truly follows Imaam Abu Hanifah then he must submit to the hadeeth especially when the scholars of hadeeth and jurisprudence accept it.

It is now important to state sayings of some of the generally accepted and unaminously respected scholars in regard to this matter.

1. Mirzaa Mazhar Jaan Janaan is seen as a leader in the Naqshbandiyyah. He died in 1195H. Concerning him, Nawwaab Siddeeq Hasan Khaan writes in Abjadal-Uloom 1900, "Whilst sitting in the prayer he would point with his finger and he would place his hands on his chest and a year before his death he would emphasise the reading of Fatihah behind the Imaam also." The above has also been quoted from Allaamah Sayyid Shareef Abdul-Hayy al-Hussaini al-Hanafee in his Nazat-al-Huwaatir (6/52).

2- Shaikh Abul-Hasan Sindhee Kabeer is known for all the trials he was put to for his belief in putting the hands upon the chest. Muhammad Aabid Sindhee in his book Tarajimush-Shuyookh, states that the Shaikh performed .this action based upon hadeeth and whilst going into, coming out of rukoo and going up for the third rak'ah he would do Raf-al-Yadain (raising of the hands) and place his hands upon his chest. In his time Shaykh Abu Tayyib Sindhee would debate with Abul-Hasan, but could provide no answers when the proofs were given to him.


So he went and complained to the Qaadi (judge) of Madinah who arrested Abul-Hasan. When the Qaadie heard his proofs he realised that this man was a specialist in the various branches of the religion and it was befitting to release him. It remained like this for many years for the Shaikh. Then a time came when a Qaadhi was appointed who was a Hanafee blind follower and it was not long before a complaint was made to him concerning the Shaikhs views. Abul-Hasan was summoned and ordered to stop Raf al-Yadain and to place the hands below the navel. However Shaikh Abul-Hasan merely answered that he would not obey this order. Therefore the Shaikh was imprisoned for six days in a dark place which was extremely uncomfortable. Thereafter the people of Madinah began to come to the noble shaikh and advise him to accept what the Qaadhi was saying so he could be freed. The Shaikh replied that he would not perform any action which was not authentically proven from the Prophet and that he would not abandon that which was proven. Thereafter the Shaikh took an oath that he would continue to do this. After this many people went to the Qaadhi to request the release of the Shaikh. The Qaadi reluctantly allowed this, but vowed that if he ever saw the Shaikh putting his hands upon his chest he would put him back in prison.
The Shaikh was eventually released and thereafter he would cover himself with a cloth and put his hands upon his chest whilst in prayer. Later when the news of the death of the Qaadi reached him, the Shaikh, who was praying, flung the cloth away and placed his hands upon his chest openly.

Dear readers this is true eemaan—to accept all trials and tribulations but not to leave the Sunnah. This Shaikh was a Scholar who prepared footnotes and explanations upon the six books of hadeeth and Musnad Ahmad. One should take a lesson from his biography.

3. My father would also place his hands upon his chest and he is a figure who was respected by the Ahnaaf. Sayyid Ehsaanullaah Rashidee writes in Maslakal-lnsaaf {p. 28) that there is actually a book which can be found by Abu Turaab in Arabic, 'Darjud-Daroor Fee Wadul-Aydee Alas-Sudoor,' wherein he stated the following points.

It is authentically proven from the Prophet to place the hands upon the chest and that there is no authentic hadeeth to put the hands below the navel.

Further Imaam Shaafi'ee's actual madhaab is to place the hands upon the chest, and after finding an authentic hadeeth, Ahmad Ibn Hanbal started putting his hands upon the chest also. Also Imaam Maalik mentions putting the hands upon the chest as many Hanafee's have recorded.

It is thus clear from the above that the Imaams Maalik, Shaf iee and Ahmad Ibn Hanbal advocated placing the hands upon the chest. One should note that when there is a difference in sayings then to reach a conclusion it is obligatory to return to the saheeh hadeeth and to the Prophet. This is because Allaah says that whenever you differ, then refer back to Allaah and his Messenger. In this matter, there is no authentic hadeeth of the Prophet stating that the hands should be placed below the navel. Rather we find ahadeeth proving that the hands should be pleaced upon the chest, so the matter is clear. There is no special merit in placing the hands below the navel. Rather it is a sign of disrespect as below the navel is the private part.

Also from the ahadeeth of Waail Ibn Hajar (no. 2) and Hulb it is proven specifically that the Prophet placed his hands upon his chest. This was not only a 'one off' but a continuous action and Tawoos's hadeeth, even though Mursal, is a strong support.
It is also of worth to note that the word 'Kaana' in the above ahaadeeth refers to a past action and one which continued.

Therefore, we understand from the above analysis of the Shaikh that:

1. He himself believed in placing the hands upon the chest.

2. This is what is proven from the Prophet.
3. This is what he ( sallelaho alaihi wa alaihi wasalam ) was continuously practising in prayer.
4. There is no proof whatsoever from the Prophet for placing the hands below
the navel.
5. It is disrespectful to place the hands below the navel.

I invoke Allah to show us all the straight path and for us to act upon the sunnah of his beloved prophet Muhammed.
