" aap(sws) ne 27wi ramzanul mubarak ko itna lamba qiyam kiya ki sahaba kiram (ra) ko khatra mahsus huwa, kahi sahri ka waqt khatm na ho jaaye"

agar qiyam e ramzan ke elawa aap(sws) tahajjud bhi padha karte the to bataiye ki aapne 27wi ramadhan ko tahajjud kyon na padhi, jabki tahajjud ki namaz ek farman ke mutabik aap par farz thi. Malum huwa ki maah e ramadhan me tahajjud aur qayam ramdhan alag alag nahi, balki ek hi namaz hai,

(kisi bhi sire se saabit nahi hai ki aap(sws) ne ramadhanul mubarak ki kisi raat ko tahajjud aur qayam ul ramadhan mubarak ka alag alag ehtimam kiya ho)


"And There is no other way except to accept that the Rakah of Taraweeh of Prophet (s) was 8 and it is not proven from a single narration that Prophet (s) Prayed Tarawih and Tahhajud Separately


and he says.. وأما النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - فصح عنه ثمان ركعات ، وأما عشرون ركعة فهو عنه بسند ضعيف وعلى ضعفه اتفاق


And It is correctly proven from Prophet (s) 8 Rakah and the narration of 20 Rakah is narrated from a weak chain and it is weak with Consensus.

TARAWEEH KI 11 RAKAT WAALI RIWAYAT



Palan haqqani apni kitab ke pg 37 par 11 rakat waali bukhari wa muslim ki sahih riwayat ko naqal karke eidi choti tak ka zor lagaaye hue hain ke isse taraweeh na saabit ho, aur tarah tarah se shaitaniyat, yahudiat aur iblisiyat ke daao khele hain lekin haq chattaan ki tarah mazboot rahta hai aur baatil reit ki tarah bikhar jaata hai,

haqqani ke alfaaz me hadith is tarah hai:-

" hz abu salma bin abdurrahman se riwayat hai ke unhone hz aisha ra se poocha ke rasoollullah(sws) ki namaz ramzan mein kis tarah hoti thi, unhone kaha ke aap ramzan aur gair ramazan me 11 rakat se zyada namaz na padhte they, 4 rakat pardhte they magar inki kaifiyat na pooch, phir 4 rakat namaz padhte they aur tu inki khoobi aur inki daraazi ki kaifiyat na pooch, phir 3 rakat(witr) padhte they, maine arz kiya ya rasoollullah kya aap witr padhne se pahle so rahte Hain, aapne farmaya ke aiy aisha ra meri aankhen so jaati hain aur mera dil nahi sota"

is hadith ko tod marod karne aur bekaar karne ki palan haqqani ne badi koshish ki hai, lekin isme wah kaamyaab na ho sake, inko logon ko bewakoof banakar kitaab bechkar paisa kamaana hai, na hadith samjhna hai aur na samjhaana hai


hadith bahut saaf hai, sawaal karne waale ne saaf saaf poocha hai ke- yah batao huzoor (sws) ramzan ki namaz kaisi padhte they,

usne tahajjud ka naam nahi liya na kisi dusri namaz ka naam liya,.... Sirf ramazan ki makhsoos namaz ka haal daryaft kiya,

tahajjud aur deegar namazen to hamesha hi padhte they, jo aam taur par malum thi,

sawaal kiya ja raha hai ramzan ki makhsoos namaz ka, ramazan ki makhsoos namaz siwaaye tarawih ke aur kaunsi ho sakti hai???

Jab sawaal ramzan ki makhsoos namaz ke baare me ho raha hai to jawab bhi hz aisha ra saaf Saaf ramzan ki makhsoos namaz hi ka den rahi hain, aur bata rahin hain ke ramzan ki makhsoos namaz yani tarawih aur gair ramazan ki tahajjud aap 11 rakat se zyada nahi padhte they,

albatta inki kaifiyat khusu wa khuzu ka kya poochna, yani ramazan wa gair ramazan me aap ki raat ki namaz itni hi hoti thi, isse zyada nahi hoti thi,

kitni saaf hadith hai, lekin is ummat ke yahudion ko hadith ke dushmon ko iblees ke chelon ko yah hadith samjh me nahi aati inki aqalen andhi ho gayi hain, dilon par muhar lag chuki hai, aankhon par pardah pad gaya hai,

yah wah log hain jo namaz nahi padhte balke utha baithak lagaate hain, kahan hz muhammad sallallaho alaihi wasallam(pbuh) ki namaz me khusu wa khuzu aur kahan hanafi yahudiyon ki utha baithak, yah hz muhammad sallallaho alaihi wasallam(pbuh) ki jaisi namaz nahi padhte balke hanafiya jaisi namaz padhte hain, inke liye hanafiya ke abba nabi bankar aaye they , unhone unko uthak baithak waali namaz sikhaayi hai,


palan haqqani sahih bukhari ka naam bahut lete hain, koi saccha musalman bukhari ko utha kar dekhe ke bukhari me tarawih ke baab me tarawih ki kitni rakatein bayaan ki gayi hain,

aap mutaalba karenge to paayenge ke quran ke baad islam ki is sabse sahi kitab me yahi uper waali hadith tarawih ki rakat batane ke liye laayi gayi hai,

aur bukhari ne saabit kar diya ke tarawih ki tadaad hz muhammad sallallaho alaihi wasallam(pbuh) se mai witr 11 rakat saabit hai,

lekin ispar imaan wahi laayenga jo momin hoga, yahudi is hadith par kaise imaan la sakte hai, inki kismat me imaan hi nahi

palan haqqani(hanafi) apni kitab " jamaat ahle hadith ka khulefa rashidoon se ikhtelaaf" me ek baab baandha hai " maslak ahle hadith aur namaz e tarawih" aur isme kai riwayatein hadith ki kitabon se naqal ki hain, aur saari hadithon ko tod marod kar yahoodi waali harqatein ki hain, lekin sacchai chhup nahi sakti hai, haqiqat to har haal wajeh ho kar rahti hai,.....


Hairat is baat par hai ke us baab me jitni hadith haqqani laayen hain sab unke khilaaf jaati hain, kisi ek hadith me bhi yah zikr nahi hai ke allah ke rasool ne poori zindagi me kabhi ek baar bhi 20 rakat tarawih padhi ho, jitne suboot laayen hain sab 8 rakat hi ke hain, sabse wajeh aur mufassal hadith wah hai, jise haqqani ne pg no 28 par naqal kiya hai, jo tirmizi, nisaai aur abu dawood ki hadith hai, jo is tarah hai haqqani ki kitab me,


hadith: hz abu Zar ra farmate hain ke ham ne huzoor sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ke saath roza rakha to aapne ham logon ko namaz nahi padhai hatta ke jab maah ramzaan ke saat din rah gaye to aap ham logon ke saath khade hue (yani namaz me) yahan tak ke tihaayi(1/3) raat guzar gayi phir dusri raat raat khade na huwe balke paanchwi raat ko khade hue , ek raat ka naaga karke dusre raat jabkhe paanch din ramzaan ke baaqi rahe, to hamare saath namaz padhi yahan tak ke aadhi raat guzar gayi, ham logon ne arz kiya ya huzoor sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) kaash hamari is baaqi raat me bhi nafil padha dete( to bahtar hota yani aadhi raat ke baad bhi padhte) aapne farmaya ke jo imam ke saath khada ho yahan tak ke wah namaz se faarig howa(yani imam ke saath namaz me khada raha) uske liye tamaam raat ka khada hona likha jaata hai, phir aapne namaz nahi padhi (agli raat phir naaga kar diya) yahan tak ke jab teen din baaqi Rah gaye, to us raat aapne apne ghar waalon ko bhi bulaaya aur hamaare saath itni der khade rahe ke hamen falaah(sahri) chhoot jaane ka khauf la haq ho gaya, raawi kahte hai ke maine hz abu zar ra se poocha ke yah falaah kya cheez hai? ,kahne lage sahri khaana "


yah hadith hasan wa sahih hai

yah hai wah hadith jisko hanafi muqallid ne pesh karke bahut se aitraazaat ahle hadith par kiye hain


yah hadith is qaabil hai ke iska ek ek gosha samjha jaaye aur yah dekha jaaye ke muqallid ki ibleesi ki taeed karti hai, ya jamaat e ahle hadith ki taeed karti hai, jo aadmi zara bhi gaur wa fikar se kaam lega wah samjh lega ke yah hadith poori ki poori maslak ahle hadith ki taeed karti hai...


1-- yah ke huzoor sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne jo amal ek dafa karke bata diya wah hamesha ke liye sunnat ho gaya , goya aapne teen raat jamaat se namaz padha kar ummat ko bata di yah hamesha ke liye sunnat Rasool sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ho gayi, lekin is me huzoor sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne logon ko bulaaya nahi, zabardasti jagaaya nahi, warna farz ho jaati , jo log padhne aaye they unhone padha, jo nahi aaye they inko bulaaya nahi na inko kuch kaha, lihaaza har shakhs ko akhtiyaar hai chaahe tanha padhe chahe jamaat se, chaahe ghar me padhe, chaahe masjid me chaahe namaz isha ke baad padhe chaahe aadhi raat ko chahe pichli raat ko padhe, chaahe poori raat padhe....

Haqqani aur inka giroh hanafiya chunke yateem fil hadith hain bechaare hadithon ko kya samjhen, hadithon ko samjhna aur inse masail akhaz karna muhaddiseen ka kaam hai ahle hadith ka kaam hai, kahaani kissi likhne waale ise kya samjhen, ya makar wa fareb ke zariye daulat kamaane waale in baaton ko kya jaane


2-- dusri yah ke huzoor sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) paanch taaq(odd) raaton me jaag kar ibadat karte they , jaisa je in raaton ki fazilat se malum hota hai, ahle hadith bhi isi tarah paanch raaton me ibadat karte hain, namaz padhte hai, tilaawat qalaam paak karte hai, zikr wa azkaar karte hain, duwaayen karte hain,


3-- pahle raat isha ki namaz ke baad namaz tarawih aapne shuru farmayi aur taqriban raat ka ek tihaai hissa guzarne tak padhai, yah wah amal hai jis par aaj hanafiya aur ahle hadith ka amal hai, ke isha ke baad fauran khade ho jaate hain aur taqriban raat ke ek tihaai hissa guzarne tak padhte hain ,

lekin haqqani sahab ya to is hadith ko samjh ne sake yah wah isko maanna nahi chaahte, ya wah logon ko dhoka dena chaahte hain, chunanche haqqani apni kitab ke pg no 29 par likhte hai ke

" huzoor sallalaho alaihi wasallam(pbuh) ne 3 din namaz jamaat se masjid me sahaha kiram ra ko padhai hai, wah aadhi raat ke baad padhai hai,"


mere aqalmand bhaiyyon ! Khud dekh sakte hai ki qadar jhoot aur Khula fareb hai, uper hadith naqal karte hain ke " aap ham logon ke saath khade hue (yani namaz) me yahan tak ke tihaai raat guzar gayi"

aur pg no 29 par likhte hain ke aadhi raat ke baad padhai hai, hairat hai hadithon ke saath is qadar mazaak , is qadar fareb aur is qadar tahreef ibleesi

4-- chouthe yah ki dusri baar jab aapne namaz padhai to namaz isha ke baad se shuru karke aadhi raat tak padhai,

iska par bhi ahle hadith ka amal hai, lekin haqqani(hanafi) jhoot likhte hain ke teen din aadhi raat ke baad padhai,

hadith ke alfaaz saabit karte hain ke aapne isha ki namaz ke baad se shuru ki aur aadhi raat tak padhai ye alfaaz haqqani ko nazar nahi aaye, kyonki taqleed ne inki aankhen andhi kardi hain,


5-- paanchwi yah ke " jab teen din baaqi rah gaye to us raat aapne apne gharwalon ko bhi bulaaya aur hamare saath itni der tak khade rahe ke hamen falaah(sahri) chhot jaane ka khauf la haq ho gaya"



Hadith ke alfaz bata rahe hain ke allah ke rasool sallalaho alaihi wasallam(pbuh) ne teesri namaz ko tahajjud shumaar kiya hai, alaheda se tahajjud nahi padhi aur isha ke baad se fajr tak jo namaz allah ke rasool sallalaho alaihi wasallam(pbuh) ne 3 raat padhai hain , wahi tarawih hai, wahi tahajjud hai, wahi salatul lail hai, wahi qayamullail hai,

naam kuch bhi rakh len namaz ek hai, allah ke rasool sallalaho alaihi wasallam(pbuh) ne teeno auqaat(time) me padh kar bata diya,

isha ke fauran baad bhi, aadhi raat ko bhi, pichli raat ko bhi taake ummat ko aasaani ho aur log apni sahuliat ke mutabik kisi waqt bhi padh saken,


lekin haqqani ki ibleesi, shaitaani aur jhoot mulaheza ho. Likhte hain:-" huzoor sallalaho alaihi wasallam(pbuh) ne teen din namaz bajamaat se masjid me sahaba kiram ra ko padhai hai, wah aadhi raat ke baad padhai hai"

sirf yahi ek baat is muqallid ki chalbaazi ko samjhne ke Liye kaafi hai , ke yah kis tarah talbeesi ibleesi karke logon ko fareb de rahe hain, aur khullam khulla jhoot par qamar baandhe hue hai


6-- is hadith se saabit hota hai ke aapne sahaba kiram ke saath jo teen raat namaz padhi, pahli tihaai raat tak, dusri aadhi raat tak, teesri sahri ke waqt tak, to in teen raaton me aapne tahajjud ki namaz alag se nahi padhi balke isi ko tahajjud shumaar kiya

agar tahajjud aur tarawih aur qayamullail ya salatullail alag alag hoti to tahajjud alag se padhte, aapne in teeno me se kisi raat me tahajjud nahi padhi jiski ziyadah wazahat aakhiri raat se hoti hai, ke us raat aapne sahri faut hone ke waqt tak logon ko namaz padhai,

zahir hai ke iske baad tahajjud padhne ka sawaal hi nahi hai, is hadith se saaf sabit ho gaya ke tarawih aur tahajjud ek hi namaz hain,

tarawih us waqt kahenge jab baad isha padhi jaaye aur tahajjud us waqt kahenge jab raat ke aakhiri hisse me Padhi jaaye.. Isha aur fajr ki beech ki namaz hai, jisko qayamullail aur salatullail bhi kahte hain,


rasoollullah sallalaho alaihi wasallam(pbuh) ke zamane me tarawih ka lafz raaij na tha, us waqt salatullail aur qayamullail kahte they, tarawih ka lafz baad me jaari huwa hai


yahi hadith muqallideen ke is fareb aur dhoke ko bhi baatil kar deti hai ke tahajjud aur tarawih alag alag namaz hain

20 rakat ke saboot me hanfi hazraat hz umar ra ka hawaala diya karte hain, isliye ye haqiqat bhi waajeh kar dena zaruri hai ke farman e farooqui kiya tha,

moatta imam malik baab qayamullail page no 1162, aur sunan baiheqi 1/447

me hz saib bin yazeed se marwi hai:-" ke hz umar bhi khattab ne hz ibn kaab ra aur tameemdaari ra ko huqm diya ke logon ko 11 raqat padhaaya karen"


unhi saib bin yazeed ra ka ya bayaan bhi hai ke

" ham log hz umar bin khattab ra ke zamaane me 11 rakat padhte they"

yah riwaayatein aala darje ki sahih hain,

imam suyuti rh likhte hain

" iski sanad intehaayi sahih hai"

imam tahawi rh hanafi ne 3 rakat witr ke saboot me ise bila kisi radd ke pesh kiya hai


allama Nimawi hanafi ne likha hai isnaad sahih

( aasaar sunan 2/52)

"yaani iski sanad sahi hai"


waazeh rahe baheqi ki sand me imam shafai, imam malik se wah muhammad bin yousuf se aur wah saib bin yazeed se riwayat karte hain jo intehaai aala darje ki sanadon mese hai.


In dono riwayaton se majmui taur par saabit hota hai ke hz umar bin khattab ra ne abi bin kaab aur tamimdari ko 11 rakat taraawih padhaane ka huqm diya tha. Aur wah donon hazraat 11 rakat padhaate they.

Waazeh rahe ke yah waqeya hz umar ra ke ahad khikaafat me aap ke shaher me aur aap ki is masjid se mutaallik hai jisme aap namaz paancho waqt adaa farmate they, aur jiski namaz taraawih ka mu'aainah( investigation) karne ke liye aap masjid me tashrif bhi laate they. Jisse saabit hota hai ke farman e farooqui yah tha ke taraawih ki namaz 11 rakat padhi jaaye aur isi par amal bhi tha..

Is farmaan farooqui ke khilaaf poori duniya e islam Me ek aawaaz bhi na uthi azlah sahaba wa tabieen maujood they, lekin kisi ne bhi is par radd o inkaar na kiya,

sochiye kiya ye 11 rakat padhane ke huqm par us daur ke tamaam sahaba wa tabieen ka ijma na huwa

pas is farmaane farooqui ke hote hue yah baat laiq tasleem hi nahi ke hazrat farooq e azaam ke ahad me 20 par amal huwa...


Baherhaal jis daleel ko hanafi hazraat iske suboot me pesh karte hain wah hai

" yani hz umar ra ke zamaane me log ramzaan ke mahine me 20 rakat padhte they"

waajeh rahe ke yah riwayat zaeff to hai hi, lekin iske elawa is me sirf hz umar ra ke zamaane me 20 rakat padhe jaane ka zikr hai,

baaqi rahi ye baat ke hz umar ra ne iska huqm diya ho to yah to badi baat hai, is riwayat me to inke ilm wa ittelaah tak ka zikr nahi,

isliye 20 rakat hz umar ra ki na qaul e sunnat hogi na taqreeri, balke 11 rakat hi inki qauli sunnat bhi hai aur taqreeri bhi ..



Baherhaal ye hadith zaeff isliye hai ke iska raawi abdullah bin fanjooyah hai, aur dusre tareeq me abu taahir ziyadi aur abu usman basri hain, aur in teeno mese kisi ka bhi aadil aur sika hona maalum nahi, isliye ye riwaayat qaabil qubool nahi


20 rakat ke masle par kuch aur daleel pesh ki jaati hai maslan

yazeed bin romaan ki riwaayat ko pesh karte hain jo 20+3 rakat ki hai...

Jo log is asar se apne maslak ki taeed haasil karte hain wah kahte hain ke agarchah riwayat mun'qata hai lekin dusre tareeq se moatta malik ki mun'qata riwayaton ka athaal saabit hai is aitbaar se wah sahih hai,

iska pahla jawab yah hai ke kisi riwayat ka mutassal saabit ho jaana iske sahih hone ki daleel nahi hai,

kitni hi riwayatein hain jo mutassal hain magar zaeff aur mardood hain, balke atsaal saabit hone ke saath iski sehat bhi saabit honi chahiye, lihaaza yazeed bin romaan ke asar par mun'qata hone ka jo aitraaz Hai usse sirf inqata ki illat ka izhaar maqsood nahi hai balke is aitraaz ka mansha yah hai ke darmiyaan se jo raawi saaqit hai uski zaat bhi majhool hai, aur uske ausaaf wa ahwaal bhi majhool hain, isliye jab tak raawi ki zaat maaloom na ho uski aadaalat aur hifz wa zabat wagerah wa tamaam sharait sehat mutawaffiq na ho ye riwayat sahih aur hujjat nahi ho sakti,

dusri baat yah hai ke aksar muhaddiseen ke nazdeek sahih maslak yahi hai ke mursal riwayat daeef aur naqaabit ihtajaaj hai imam shafai mursal riwayaton ke qubuliyat ki sharait bayaan karte hue farmate hain

" kabaar tabeein ke alaawa ki mursal riwayaton ki baabat me kisi(ahle ilm) ko nahi jaanta jisne inko qubool kiya?"

MUKHTASAR FAZAIL WA MASAEL RAMZAN

ROZE KI TAREEF:
" Siyam" arbic lugat me isko ruk jaane ko kahte hain, shar'an uska matlab yah hai ki ibadat ke iraade se khaane, peene aur aurton se sex aur deegar kamon se subah saadiq se sooraj ke guroob hone tak bache rahna.


ROZE KI FARZIYAT QUR’AN SE:-
Allah swt qur’an mai faramata hai “aee imaan walo tum per bhi roze is tarah farz kiye gaye hai jaisa ke agli ummato per farz kya gaye the  taki tum taqwa hasil kar sako” [al-baqra: 183]
Mahe ramzan ke roze islam ke arkan mai se teesra arkan (pillar) aur ahem rukn hai. Jo (Shaban 2 hijri) mai farz kiye gaye aur nabi saw ne apni zindagi mai 9 bar ramzan al Mubarak ke roze rakhe.


FAZAIL-E-ROZA:-
App saw ne farmaya “Jisne eeman ki halat mai allah se sawab ki um’meed rakhte hue mahe ramzan ke roze rakhe uske saabqa gunah 
maaf kar diye jate hai” [bukhari wa muslim]

Aap saw ne farmaya! " roza jahannum se dhaal hai jis tarah tumhari ladaai bachaane waali dhaal hoti hai"
[musnad ahmad]

Naiz aap saw ne farmaya! " jo shakhs allah ke raaste Me ek din ka roza rakhta hai allah uska chehra us din ke badle jahannum se 70 saal door kar dega" (bukhari,muslim)

naiz aap saw ne farmaya! " iftaar ke waqt rozedaar ki duwa radd nahi ki jaati" (ibne majah)

naiz aap saw ne farmaya! " jannat me ek darwaja hai jise ' riyaan' kaha jaata hai, qiyamat ke din usse roze waale daakhil honge, unke elawa unme se koi andar nahi ja sakega, pukaara jaayega rozedaar kahan hai? We khade ho jaayenge, unke elawa koi aur us(darwaje) se daakhil nahi hoga, jab ye daakhil ho jaayenge to darwaaja band kar diya jaayega aur koi bhi daakhil na hoga"


ROZA KHORO KA ANJAM:-
Hazrat abu umama se marwi hai ki maine aap saw se suna “mai soya hua tha ki Mare khuwab mai do farishte aaye aur mera baazoo ko pakda aur mujhe uthaaya aur dushwar chada’ee wali pahadi per le gaye aur mujhe is per chadne ke liye kaha maine kaha:  is per mujhe chadna nahi aata, to unhone kaha: “ap koshish kare hum apka ta’woon (help) karege” maine chadna shoro kiya yaha tak ki mai pahadi per pahuch gaya to maine waha cheekhne chil’lane ki aawaze suni, to maine un se kahaye cheekh-o-pukar kaisi hai?  “To unhone jawab diya ye jahanam’yo ki aah wa pukar ka shor hai” phir us ke baad mujhe waha se le jaya gaya jaha kuch loog ulte latke hue the un ki baache cheeri di gai thi aur khoon baah raha tha maine poocha ye kon log hai?  To jawab mila ye wo log hai jo ramzan ke maheene mai khaya piya karte the”
[sahi targeeb wal tarheeb]



ISTIQBALI ROZA:-
Ramzan al Mubarak ke istiqbal ke liye ek ya do din pahle roza rakhna jayez nahi hai [ibn-e-maja] haa agar koi pahle se roza rakh raha ho aur uske maamool ye din aaye to wo roza rakha ja sakta hai


WAJOOB ROZE KI SHARAYAT:-
i)        Islam

ii)      Balogat (nabalig per roza farz nahi hai agar wo apne marzi se roza rakhna chahe to wo inshallah sawab ka mustaheq hoga)
iii)    Aqal (majnoon ya pagal per roza farz nahi hai yaha tak ki wo tandurast na ho jaye)
iv)    Taqat aur sehat (roza rakhne wala roza rakhne ki taqat rakhta ho lihaza jo mareez roza na rakh sakta ho, musafir jise safar dar’paish ho agar roza na rakh sake to aftar kar sakta hai lekin baad mai qaza deni hogi, aur isi tarah aur’tee aay’yam-e-makhsoosa mai roze nahi rakhegi baad mai qaza degi. Agar mumkin ho to fidya dena bhi durast hai.




ROZE KI NIYAT:-
Niyat ka tall’luq dil se hai pus dil mai roze ki niyat ki jaye, aur jo apni taraf se alfaz banaye gaye hai “bis’somi gadin’nawaito lil’lahi taala min shahri ramzan” kisi hadees se sabit nahi hai, naiz farz roze ki niyat tulu fajar se pahle karna zaroori hai. Nabi saw ne farmaya! “jisne tulu fajar se pahle roze ki niyat nahi ki uska roza nahi hai” [abo daood, timizi, ibn-e-maja] lekin nafli roze ki niyat tulu fajar ke baad zohar se pahle ki ja sakti hai.


SAHRI KHANA:-
Aap saw ne farmaya! “sahri khaoo kyo ki sahri kahane mai barkat hai”[mut’tafaq aalaih] aur sahri takheer se khana afzal hai, aur agar khane ke douran azan-e-fajar shoru ho jaye to jo kuch kha rahe ho use pura kha lena chahiye, agar raat ko roze ki niyat kar ke soye aur sahri mai bedaar na ho sake to aisi sorat mai bagair kuch khaye piye roza pura kar le to roza sahi hoga, naiz agar gusl-e-wajib ki haajat ho aur sahri ka waqt kam ho to is halat mai pahle wazoo karke sahri khale aur phir gusl kar ke namaze aada kare. [bukhari]



AFTAARI:-
Aftab guroob hote hi roza afrat kar lena chaye, aur aftari behtar hai ki khajoor ke sath ki jaye, aur agar khajoor mayas’sar na ho to paani se ya kisi bhi cheez se aftar kar sakta hai. [abo daood, tirmizi]



AFTARI KI DU’A:-
i)                    Alla’hum’ma laka sumto wala rizqu’qa aftarto 
         [abo daood]
“ae allah maine teri raza ke liye roza rakha aur tere hi aata karda rizq se aftar kar raha hoo”
ii)                  Zahabaz’zamaoo wabtal’latil’urooqo wasabatal ajro      inshallah [abo daood, hakim]
“piyas bujh gai rage tar ho gai aur allah ne chaha to ajar bhi sabit ho gaya”


DOSRO KO AFTAR KARANE KA AJAR WA SAWAB:-
Hazrat zaid bin Khalid RZ se rawayat hai ki aap saw ne farmaya! “jisne kisi rozadar ko aftar karaya use bhi rozedar ke barabar sawab mile ga ” [tirmizi]


GALTI SE ROZA AFTAR KAR LENA:-
Kharab mosam ki bina per Agar galti se roza aftar kar liya to roze ki qaza deni hogi.


JIN CHEEZO SE ROZA TOOT JATA HAI:-
i)                    Danista  khana peena
ii)                  Roze ki halat mai qas’dan azwaji talluqaat (sexual relation)  qaaem karna ya maada touleed  kharij (seemen) karna ya mushtzani (self abuse) karna.
iii)                Jaan boojh kar ulti (womating) karna.
iv)                Naak mai pani ya dawa is tarah dalna ki halaq mai utar jaye.
v)                  Glucose ya gizayat ka injection lagwana.
vi)                Huq’qa, cigrate, ya beedee peena.
vii)              Haiz ya nifaas shuru hona.
viii)            Roze ki niyat khatam kar lena.
ix)                Junoon tari hona.


JIN CHEEZO SE ROZA NAHI TOOT’TA:-
i)                    Bhool kar khana peena.
ii)                  Ahteelam (emissions) hona.
iii)                Khud ba khud ulti hojana.
iv)                Khushk ya tar miswak istimaal karna.
v)                  Surma lagana, sir mai tail lagana, jism mai khushboo lagana.
vi)                Makhi, machar, ya gard o gubaar, dhuaa halaq mai utar jana.
vii)              Masoodo se nikalne wala khoon, ya dato mai atke hue zar’rat ka halaq mai utar jana.
viii)            Ba’wqat zaroorat kisi mareez ko khoon dena.



ROZA KI HALAT MAIN JIN CHEEZO SE IJTINAB ZAROORI HAI:-
i)                    Jhoot, geebat, chugli, bohtan tarazi, galo galooch karna.
ii)                  Chori chepe kisi ki baate sunna baadgumani karna kisi ke aib talash karna.
iii)                Fahash letrature, filme, aur fahash drame dekhna.
iv)                Waqt zayee karne wali games khelna.
v)                  Amanat mai khayanat, duty times puri na karna.
vi)                Apne mulazmeen per beja sakhti aur faraiz mai kotahi karna.
(ye cheeze aam halat mai bhi najayez hai lekin halat e roza mai aisa karne se roze ke ajar wa sawab mai kami waqe hoti hai )



NAMAZ E TARAWEEH:-
Taraweeh , qayam ul lail, tahaj’jud ek hi namaz ke alag alag naam hai,qayam ramzan ya taraweeh sunnat hai jiski fazeelat bayan karte hue app saw ne farmaya!”jis momin ne allah se husool e sawab ki niyat se ramzan ki raato mai qayam kiya (yani taraweeh aada ki) uske guzashta gunaah maaf kar diye jate hai ”

Hazrat aisha (rz) se sawal kiya gaya ki aap saw ne ramzan ki raato mai kis qadar qayam farmaya karte the?  To unhone jawab diya!”aap ramzan aur gair ramzan giyarah (11) rakat se zada nahi pada karte the”
[bukhari wa muslim]

Hazrat jabir  (rz) se rawayat hai ki nabi saw ne hame ramzan mai aath (8) rakat taraweeh padai. Lihaza masnoon taraweeh giyarah rakat hai yani aath 8 rakat taraweeh aur  teen (3) witir. Naiz namaz e taraweeh ba’jamat panda afzal hai.


AKHIRI ASHRE KI FAZILAT:-
Hazrat aisha (rz) farmati hai! ”jab akhiri ashra shuro hota to aap saw ebadat ke liye kamar basta hojate aur un raato ko khud bhi raat bhar ebadat karte aur apne ahle-khana ko bhi bedar rakhte”
[mutafaq alaih]


ETIKAAF:-
Ramzan ke akhiri ashre ka etikaf masnoon hai, yani aisi  masjid jaha  juma aur jamat ka ehtimaam ho to ebaadat ki niyat se 21 ramzan ki subah apne motakaf (jaha etikaaf karna hai) mai dakhil hona aur eid ka chand dekh kar waha se nikalna, aur is douran bagair zaroorat waha se na nikalna, shadi biyah,  ayadat aur janaze mai shirkat na karna, balki yaksoo hokar tilawat e quran, nawafil aur zikr e azkar mai mashgool hona chaye, etikaf ek din ya us se kam ka bhi kiya ja sakta hai.


LAIL’LATUL QADAR:-
Allah ne ramzan ke akhiri ashre mai ek raat aisi rakhi hai jis ki ebaadat hazar maheeno (83 year 4 month) se behtar hai aur is raat ki jane wali dua’ee allah radd nahi farmate. Hazrat aisha farmati hai ki app saw ne farmaya! ”ramzan ke akhri ashre ki taaq raato mai lail’latul qadar ko talash karo” [tirmizi, nisai, ahmad]


LAIL’LATUL QADAR KI DU’A:-
Allahumma in’naka afoo’wan tuhib’bul affwa faafoo an’ni
(allah! To maaf farmane wala hai maafi ko pasand karta hai pas mujhe maaf karde)


ROZO KI QAZA:-
Agar kisi wajah se ramzan mai roza na rakhe ja sake, ya roza rakh kar tood diya ho to uske badle ramzan ke baad roza rakh kar us ki qaaza deni hogi. Agar roza rakhne ki himmat na ho jaise ke musalsal  mareez wagairah to unhe fidya dene ki ejazat hai, yani her roze ke badle ek miskeen ko do waqt ka khana khilana. chahe to her rozz khilaye ya chahe to ek sath hi tamaam rozo ka hisaab laga kar use de de.


ROZO KI QAZAA AUR KAF’FARAH:-
Agar halat e roza mai azwaji talluqaat se roza fasid hua to phir qazaa ke sath kaf’farah bhi dena hoga, yani ek gulam aazad karna ya doo maheene tak lagatar roza rakhna ya 60 miskeeno ko khana khilana.


ROZE KE TIBBI FAAYEDE:
Roze ke tibbi fayede hain, roze ke faayede me ' sabr ki hiqmat' hoti hai, apne aap par control karna sikhaata hai aur usme madad karta hai aur nafs wa ruh me taqwa ka ansh ijaad karta hai aur usko badhaata hai, aur yahi taqwa ki wajah allah taala ne qur'an paak me irshaad kiya hai

" tum par roza farz hai jis tarah Tumse pahle logon par farz tha taaki tum muttaqi ban jaao"
