TAFSEER SURAH BAQARAH 119- 123

TAFSEER SURAH BAQARAH 119- 123:



" Beshak hamne aapko sacchaai ke saath bashaarat dene aur daraane ke liye bheja hai, aur aap se jahannamion ke baare me sawaal nahi kiya jaayega ; aur aap se yahud aur isaayi raazi nahi honge jab tak unki millat ki pairwi nahi karenge, aap kah den beshaq hidaayat toh allah hi ki hidaayat hai aur aap apne paas ilm aajaane ke baad unki khwaahishon ki pairwi karenge toh aapka koi allah se dost wa madadgaar na hoga ; jinko ham ne kitab di hai jo use jaise padhna chahiye padhte hain wahi us par imaan rakhte hain aur jo uske saath kufr karte hain wahi zaya kaar hain ; aiy bani israel apne uper meri nemat ko yaad karo jo maine tumhe diya aur tumhe ahle ilm par fazilat di ; aur us din se daro jis din koi kisi ke kuch kaam nahi aayega aur na usse fidya liya jaayega aur na use shafa'at fayeda de gi aur na unki madad ki jaayegi"


TAFSEER:- Is ayat se Pahle kaafiron ne ye sawaal uthaaya tha ke allah unse kalaam kyon nahi karta, jiska maqsad aap sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ki risaalat par tanqeed karna tha, aur is aayat me aap sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ki nubuwwat ka asbaat karte hue ke ham ne aapko rasool banaya hai, aapke mansab risaalat ka zikr kiya gaya hai

aur farmaya gaya hai ke:- "aap farz sirf paigham pahuncha dena hai kisi ko raah e raast par laana nahi, "


isliye jo aapke maqaam ka inkaar karke jahannami ho jaaye to aapse uske baare me pooch nahi hogi,


ayat no (120) me ye shakht waeed hai ke:-" yahud wa nasaari ko raazi karne ke liye agar aap unki millat ki pairwi karenge jo unhone apne khwaahishon ko ko shaamil karke bana liya hai jise allah ki hidayat nahi qaraar diya ja sakta hai, toh aapka koi dost aur madadgaar nahi hoga "

ye hidayat toh nabi akram sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ko sunaayi ja rahi hai, lekin isme Poori ummat e muslima ke liye tanbiyah hai ke wah mazhab e baatila ki pairwi na karen

ayat no (121) me farmaya gaya hai ke :-" agar ahle kitab (yahud aur ishaayi) apni kitab ( taurat wa injeel) ko jaise padhna chahiye waise padhen toh zaroor aap sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) aur qur'an par imaan laayenge,"

kyonke unme aap sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ki nubuwwat ki bashaarat aur aap par imaan laane ka ahad liya gaya hai, jaise hz abdullah bin salaam (ra) aur shah e habsa (ra) wagerah imaan laaye aur jo aapke saath kufr karenge wah zayan kaar honge..

Isme musalmano ko bhi hidayat hai ke wah bhi apni kitab qur'an ko tadbeer ke saath padhen aur uske ahkaam par amal karen

chunanche hz ziyad bin lubaid (ra) se riwayat hai ke nabi akram sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne kuch cheez ka zikr kiya aur farmaya ke:- " ye ilm mit jaane ke waqt hogi, toh maine kaha:-" allah ke rasool ! Ilm kaise mit Jaayega, jabke ham qur'aan padhte hain aur apne beton ko padhaate hain aur hamare bete apne beton ko qayamat tak padhaayenge ?" aap sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne farmaya:- " ziyaad ! Main tumhe ahle madeena me bada hoshiyaar samjh raha tha, kya ye yahud wa nasaara tauraat wa injeel nahi padhte aur un dono me jo kuch hai uspar koi amal nahi karte ? "

(musnad ahmad, ibn majah, tirmizi, daarimi ne hz abu umama ra se riwayat kiya hai)


Yani padhne ka maqsad amal karna hota hai, aur jab amal hi na ho to padhne ka koi faayeda nahi

ayat no (122-123) me bani israel ko phir hidayat ki ja rahi hai ke:-" tumne apni khwaahishon ki wajah se apni deeni peshwaaon ka mansab jo tumhen apne zamaane ke ahle ilm par haasil tha, use tumne kho diya hai aur ab mansab imamat ummat e muslimah ko diya ja raha hai, jo deen e ibraaheemi ki ja'nasheen hogi, isliye apne sharaf wa fazal ko bar'qaraar rakhne ke liye ummat e Muslima me shaamil ho jaao aur us din se daro jab koi kisi ke kaam nahi aayega aur na koi badla qubool kiya jaayega aur na koi shafaat sood mand hogi,

is duniya me ek insaan kisi buraayi ki saza se bachne ke liye teen cheezon se kaam leta hai

apne saathiyon, apne doston aur rishte daaron se, ya taawun de kar ya kisi bade aur ba'asar shakhs ki shifaarish se,


lekin us din imaan wa amal ke siwa ye teeno wasaail kaam nahi aayenge....

As salam o allaikum wr wb


Nabi sallallaho allaihi wasallam ne farmaya:" yaad rakho mujhe qur'an majeed aur uske saath us jaisi ek aur cheez(hadith) di gayi hai."aur jis tarah allah taala ne apne hukm ko farz kiya hai. Usi tarah apne rasool ke hukm ko bhi farz kar diya hai...ABU DAWOOD: 4587 , ibne hibban ne sahih kaha hai.... AUR farmaya " aiy ahle imaan! Allah ka kahna maano aur uske rasool ka. Aur uski batai hui baaton se hatkar apne karmon ko baatil na karo... Surah:muhammad 47 :33 frwd this hadith to all urAs salam o allaikum wr wb

JAHANNUM ME SABSE PAHLE KAUN DAALA JAYEGA? (HADITH KI ROSHNI ME)

imam tirmizi ne ek tabi hz shafi ashabi rh ka waqeya bayan farmaya hai ki wah madeena pahunche to dekha ki bahut se log ek buzurg ke aas paas jama hain, unhone poocha yah buzurg kaun hain? To logon ne bataya yah sahabi e rasool abu hurairah ra hain, iske baad we apna waqeya bayan karte hue farmate hain:-" wah logon ko hadees e nabi suna kar dars de rahe they, main ahista ahista qareeb hote hote aap(hz abu huraira) ke saamne ja baitha, jab wah dars se faarig hue aur log uthkar jaane lage to maine arz kiya: main aap (ra) ka ka waasta dekar arz karta hun ki aap mujhe aisi koi hadith sunaaye jo aapne janab rasoollullah sws se barahe raast suni aur samjhi ho aur aap ko acchi tarah yaad ho, hz abu hurairah ra ne farmaya: "haan main sunaunga, main aisi hi hadith sunaounga jo rasoollullah sws ne mujhe sunaayi, aur maine use samjha aur yaad kiya", phir achanak unki tabiyat kharaab ho Gayi, thodi der baad hosh theek huwa to farmaya:" main aapko zaroor wah hadith sunaoga jo rasoollullah sws ne mujhe is ghar me sunaayi thi, us waqt aap(sws) ke paas mere elawa koi nahi tha" itna kahte hi phir halat kharaab ho gayi, jab aaraam huwa to chehre se paseena pochne lage, phir farmaya: "haan, main aapko zaroor wah hadith sunaounga, jo aap sws ne mujhe sunaayi thi, jabki main is ghar me nabi sws ke hamraah tha, mere siwa aap sws ke saath aur koi nahi tha", iske baad abu hurairah ra ki haalat phir kharaab ho gayi aur aap(ra) chehre ke bal jhuk gaye, maine bahut der tak aap(ra) ko sahara diye rakha, tab aap (ra) ki haalat sambhli to farmaya: mujhe janab rasoollullah(sws) ne yah hadith sunayi ki:- " jab qiyamat ka din hoga allah taala bandon ke darmiyaan faisla karne ke liye zameen par tashreef farma honge, har jamaat ghutne ke bat jhuki hui hogi, sabse pahle allah taala jin logon ko bulaayenge, Unme se ek shakhs wah hoga jisne qur'an paak yaad kiya hoga, aur ek wah shakhs hoga jo allah ki raah me jung karta raha hoga, aur ek bahul maaldaar shakhs hoga, allah taala qur'an ke aalim se farmayenge: kya maine wah kitab nahi sikhaayi thi jo maine rasool par naazil ki thi? Wah kahega, ji haan ya rabb!, allah taala farmayega: phir tune apne ilm par kaise amal kiya? Wah kahega, main raat din usme mashgool rahta tha, allah taala farmayenge: toone jhoot kaha, aur farishte usse kahenge toone jhoot kaha, allah taala farmayenge: teri niyat to yahi thi ki kaha jaaye falan shakhs (bada) qaari aur aalim hai, wah (duniya me) kaha ja chuka, isi tarah maaldaar shaks ko haazir kiya jaayega, allah taala usse farmayenge: kya maine tujhe maaldaari nahi bakshi thi yahan tak ki maine tujhe kisi ka mohtaaj na rahne diya ? Wah kahega: ji haan, ya rab. Allah taala farmayenge: phir tune mere diye hue maal ka kya kiya? Wah kahega, main rishtedaaron par ahsaan karta tha aur (sab zaroorat mando par) sadqa karta tha, allah taala farmayenge: tu jhoota hai, farishte bhi kahenge: tu jhoota hai, allah taala farmayenge: tu yah chahta tha ki log yah kahen: falan shakhs bahut daani hai wah(duniya me) kaha ja chuka, isi tarah allah ki raah me qatl hone waale ko haazir kiya jaayega, allah taala usse farmayenge: tujhe kis liye qatl kiya gaya? Wah kahega: mujhe teri raah me jihaad ka huqm mila, to main jung karta raha yahan tak ki main qatal kar diya gaya, allah taala use farmayenge: tu jhoota hai, farishte bhi use kahenge: tu jhoota hai, allah taala farmayenge: balki teri khwahish sirf yah thi ki kaha jaaye: falan bahut bahadur hai, wah kaha ja chuka",

iske baad janab rasoollullah sws ne mere ghutne par haath maar kar farmaya:- " abu hurairah! Ye teen log hain, jo qiyamat ke din tamam makhlooq me sabse pahle jahannam me Jhoke jaayenge"


( sunan tirmizi, kitaab sift qiyamat baab 49, wa sunan ibne maaja, kitaab zuhud, baab zikr tauba h 4251, allama albani ne hadith ko hasan kaha hai)


Agar nasihat karne waale ki niyat sahi ho to use sawaab milega, aur allah ke huqm se baat me asar paida hoga aur sunne waale uski baat maanenge.....

GHALTIYON KI ISLAAH KA NABAWI TAREEQA

hz mughira bin shaiba ra se riwayat hai ki jis din janab rasoollullah sws ke farzand hz ibraheem ra ki wafaat hui, us din suraj grahan(solar eclipes) tha, kuch logon ne kaha: yah to ibraheem ra ki wafaat ki wajah se be noor ho gaya hai, is par nabi sws ne farmaya:-" suraj aur chand allah ki nishaanion me se do nishaniyan hain, unhe gahnaya huwa dekho to grahan khatm hone tak allah se duwa aur namaaz me mashgool raho"


(sahih bukhari, kitabul kasoof, baab duwa h1060)



hz abu waaqid laisi ra se riwayat hai ki janab rasoollullah sws jihaad ke liye hunain tashrif le ja rahe they, raaste me aapka guzar mushkireen ke ek ped(tree) ke paas se huwa jo " zaat e anwaat" ke naam se mashoor tha, we log us par (barqat haasil karne ke liye) apne hathyar latkaya karte they, kuch musalmano ne arz kiya: ya rasoollullah sws! Jis tarah uska yah " zaat e anwaat" hai usi tarah hamare liye bhi Koi ped(tree) farma dijiye, nabi akram sws ne farmaya:-

" subhanallah! Yah to aisi hi baat hai jis tarah moosa(as) ki qaum ne kaha tha: jis tarah in logon ke but(idol) hain hamari liye bhi ek but bana dijiye, qasam hai us zaat ki jiske haath me meri jaan hai, tum( musalman) zaroor apne se pahlon( gair muslimon) ke tareeqo par chaloge"


(sunan tirmizi, kitabul fitan , baab maaja h 2180, imam tirmizi aur allama albani ne sahih kaha hai.)( musnad ahmad 5/218)



hz zaid bin khaalid zuhni ra se riwayat hai, unhone farmaya: janab rasoollullah sws ne hudaibiya me hame subah ki namaz padhai, raat ko baarish hui thi, namaz se faarig hokar nabi sws ne sahaba kiram se farmaya: "kya tumhe malum hai ki allah taala ne kya farmaya hai? Sahaba ne arz kiya: allah ko aur uske rasool ko zyada malum hai, nabi sws ne farmaya:

" allah ne farmaya : is subah mera banda mujh par iman laane waala ban gaya, koi kufr karne wala , to jisne yah kaha: hamen allah ke fazl aur uski rahmat se baarish mili hai, wah mujh par imaan rakhne waala hai aur sitaron(stars) ke saath kufr karne waala hai, aur jisne kaha: falan falan sitare ki wajah se baarish hui hai, wah mere saath kufr karne wala aur sitaare par imaan rakhne waala hai"

hz abdullah bin abbas ra se riwayat hai ki ek aadmi ne kaha : aiy allah ke rasool! Jo kuch allah chaahe, aur jo aap chaahe wahi hota hai, nabi sws ne farmaya: "tune mujhe allah ke barabar kar diya? Balki wahi hota hai jo akela allah chaahe,"

hz abdullah bin umar ra se riwayat hai ki unhone ek kaafile me hz umar ra ko apne baap ki qasam khaate paaya to janaab rasoollullah sws ne sab logon ko buland aawaz se mukhatib hokar farmaya:-" suno! Allah tumhe apne baapon ki qasme khaane se mana farmata hai, jis qasam khana ho wah Allah ki qasam khaaye, warna khamosh rahe"

hz abu sureeh haani bin yazid ra se riwayat hai, kuch log nabi akram sws ki khidmat me haazir hue, nabi sws ne dekha ki wah ek aadmi ko abdul hajar( patthar ka ghulam) kahkar bulaate hain, huzoor sws ne usse kaha: "tumhara naam kya hai?" usne kaha: abdul hajar(patthar ka banda), farmaya: "nahi, tu abdullah(allah ka banda) hai

TALIMAAT E NABAWI


Bismillahirahmanirraheem



imam nisai rh ne riwayat ki hai ki abu saeed khudri ra namaz padh rahe they, achanak marwan ra ka beta unke saamne guzarne laga, unhone( ishaare se) roka, wah na ruka, unhone use maara, baccha rone laga aur marwan (ra) ko jaakar bataya, marawa ra ne abu saeed se kaha: " aapne apne bhateeje ko kyon maara? Unhone farmaya: maine ise nahi maara, maine shaitaan ko maara hai, maine janab rasoollullah sws se suna hai, aap (sws) ne irshad farmaya:-" jab koi shaks namaz padh raha ho aur uske saamne koi insan guzarna chaahe to jahan tak ho sake use roke, agar na ruke to usse lade, wah shaitaan hai"


(sunan nisai, kitabul qasamah baab 47, hadith 4877, allama albani ne sahih kaha hai, dekhen-- sahih sunan nisai 4518)


hadith me aaya hai ki:

" khilafat tees saal(thirty years) tak nubuwwat ke tareeqe par chalegi phir sultanate ho jaayegi"


(sunan abu dawud baab fi khilafah hadith 7464)





Hz mughira bin shaiba ra se riwayat hai ki janab rasoollullah (sws) ne khana(food) tanawul farmaya, phir namaz ki iqamat hui to nabi(sws) namaz ke liye uth khade hue, aap(sws) ne usse pahle wuzu kiya huwa tha, lekin main(dobara) wuju ke liye paani le aaya, huzur (sws) ne mujhe jhidak diya, farmaya: "peeche raho", mujhe isse bahut taqleef hui, namaz ke baad maine hz umar (ra) ko yah baat batayi, unhone arz kiya: " aiy allah ke nabi! Mughira ra aapke daantne ki wajah se bahut dilgeer hain, we darte hain ki aapke dil me unse naraazgi to nahi, nabi (sws) ne farmaya: " mere dil me to uske liye acche khayal hi hain, lekin wah mere paas wuzu ke liye paani le aaya tha, haalanki maine sirf khana khaya tha, agar wuzu karta to mere dekhe me sab log(khana kha kar) wuzu karte (jisse ummat ke liye mashakkat hoti)"

Hz jaabir ra se riwayat hai, unhone farmaya: " ham log safar(journey) me the ek sahabi ko patthar laga jisse unke sar(head) me zakhm aa gaya, uske baad unhe neend me nahane ki haajat ho gayi, unhone apne hamsafar sahaba kiraam ra se masla poocha aur kaha: " kya aapke ilm ke mutabik mere liye tayammum karna jayez hai? Unhone kaha: hamare khayal me to aapko yah izaazat haasil nahi, kyonki paani maujood hai, chunanche unhone ghusl kiya jiske nateeje me wah mar gaye, jab ham nabi(sws) ki khidmat me pahunche to yah waqeya bhi arz kiya, nabi sws ne farmaya:

" unhone use qatl kar diya, allah unhe qatl kare! Agar unhe malum nahi tha to unhone (kisi saahibe ilm se) pooch kyon na liya? Kyonki la ilmi ka ilaaj sawaal karna hai"

Hz usama bin zaid ra wah shaks hain jinse aap (sws) ko bahut muhabbat thi aur unke waalid se bhi bahut muhabbad thi, lekin iske bawajood jab unhone allah ki muqarar karda hudood me se ek hadd ke baare me sifarish karne ki koshish ki to janab rasoollullah sws ne unhe sakhti se khabardaar karte hue farmaya, chunanche

hz aisha ra ne bayan farmaya ki nabi akram (sws) ke zamane fatah makkah ke dino me jis aurat ne chori ki thi, use baare me quraish ke logon ko bahut fikr hui(ki uska haath kaat diya jaayega), unhone kaha: uske baare me janab rasoollullah (sws) ki khidmat me arz kaun karega? Tab unhone kaha: yah zurrat to sirf usama bin zaid ra hi kar sakte hain jo aap (sws) ko bahut pyaare hain, jab us khatonn ko nabi(sws) ke saamne pesh kiya gaya to hz usama bin zaid ra ne uske baare me arz kiya, is par aap (sws) ke chehre mubarak ka rang(ghusse ki wajah se) badal gaya, aur farmaya: " kya tu allah ke Hudood me se ek hadd ke baare me shafaat karta hai?" usama (ra) ne (apni galti ka ahsas karte hue) arz kiya: ya rasoollullah! Mere liye allah se maghfirat ki duwa farmaiye,

shaam ko aap(sws) ne khade hokar khutba diya, pahle allah ki badhai farmayi, phir irshaad farmaya:-" allah ki tareekon ke baad saaf ho ki tumse pahle log isi wajah se halaaq hue ki unme jab koi uncha shakhs chori karta tha to use chhod dete they, aur jab koi kamzor shakhs chori kar leta tha to us par hadd laagu(naafez) kar dete they, mujhe us zaat ki qasam jis ke haath me meri jaan hai, agar muhammad(sws) ki beti fatima ra bhi chori karti to main uska bhi haath kaat deta"

phir aap sws ne us chori karne waali aurat ke baare me huqm diya to uska haath kaat diya gaya"

BIDATIYON KI PAHCHAAN (HADITH KI ROSHNI ME)

Hz amr bin yahya rh se riwayat hai, unhone farmaya : maine apne waalid se suna, wah apne waalid se riwayat karte hain ki unhone farmaya: ham log subah ki namaz se pahle hz abdullah bin masood ra ke darwaje par (intezar me) baith jaaya karte the, jab wah ghar se bahar tashrif laate to ham unke saath masjid me jaate, (ek din) hamare paas hz abu musa ashari ra tashrif laaye aur farmaya: kya abhi tak abdurrehman(ibne masood ra) bahar nahi aaye? Hamne kaha: ji nahi, wah bhi hamare saath baith gaye yahan tak ki wah bahar tashrif le aaye, jab wah aaye to ham sab ikatthe hi uthkar unke paas pahunch gaye, abu musa ashari ra ne kaha:- abu abdurrehman! Maine abhi abhi masjid me ek kaam dekha hai jo mujhe ajeeb sa mahsoos huwa hai, waise alhamdulillah maine acchi cheez hi dekhi hai, ibne masood ne kaha: wah kaam kya hai? Unhone kaha: zindagi rahi to jald hi aap bhi dekh lenge, phir farmaya : maine masjid me kuch log namaz ke intezaam me halqe banakar baithe dekhe hain, unke saamne kankariya(peices of small stones) padi hain, har halqe me ek aadmi hai, wah kahta hai: sau(hundred) baar allahu akbar padho, we sau baar allahuakbar kahte hain, phir kahta hai: sau baar la illaha illallah kaho, we sau baar la illaha illallahu kahte hain, phir kahta hai: sau baar subhanallah kaho, we sau baar subhanallahu kahte hain(isi tarah zikr me mashgool hain), hz abdullah bin masud ra ne farmaya: phir aapne unhe kya kaha? Unhone kaha: maine kuch nahi kaha, balki aapki raaye aur huqm ka intezaar kiya, unhone farmaya: aapne unhe yah hukm kyon na diya ki we apne gunaah shumaar karen, aur unhe zamanat kyon na di ki unki koi neki zaaya nahi hogi?


Iske baad wah(masjid ki taraf) chal pade, ham log bhi aapke saath chale , yahan tak ki aap un halqon me se ek halqe ke paas ja khade hue aur farmaya: main tumhe yah Kya karte dekh raha hun? Unhone kaha: aiy abu abdurrahman! Yah kankariya hain, ham unke saath ginkar takbeer, tahleel, aur tasbeeh karte hain, ibne masood ne farmaya:" apne gunah shumar karo, main zamanat deta hun ki tumhari koi neki zaaya nahi hogi,

aiy muhammad (sws) ki ummat! Tum par afsos hai, kitni jaldi tum halaqat ke raaste par chal pade ho, abhi to tumhare nabi(sws) ke sahaba kaafi taydaad me maujood hain, abhi to nabi(sws) ke kapde bhi nahi fate, abhi to nabi(sws) ke bartan bhi nahi toote, kasam hai us zaat ki jiske haath me meri jaan hai, ya to tum muhammad(sws) ke raaste se bhi zyada hidayat waale raaste par ho, ya gumraahi ka raasta khol rahe ho", unhone kaha: abu abdurrehman ! Allah ki kasam hamara iraada to sirf neki ka hai, farmaya: " bahut se log neki ka iraada rakhte hain lekin unhe neki tak pahunchna naseeb nahi hota, janab rasoollullah sws ne hamen yah bataya tha ki kuch log Honge jo qur'an padhege lekin qur'an unke halaq se aage nahi jaayega( dil par qur'an ka koi asar nahi hoga), allah ki kasam! Malum nahi shayad unme se aksar tum log hi ho ", yah kahkar unke paas se chale aaye, hz amr bin salma ra ne farmaya: hamne jang e naharawan me dekha ki zikr ke wah halqe qaayam karne waalon mese aksar afraad kharijion ke saath milkar hamare khilaaf ladh rahe they"

TALIMAAT-E-NABWI (PART 2)



Bismillahirrehmanirraheem



hz hamid bin abi hamid tuwail (rh) se riwayat hai ki unhone hz anas bin malik (ra) se hadith suni, unhone farmaya: 3 aadmi ummuhatul momineen (ra) ki khidmat me haazir hue, aur unhone(parde ke peeche se) nabi akram(sws) ki nafl ibadat ke muttalik sawal kiya, jab unhe bataya gaya ki( aap sws is andaz se ibadat karte hain) to unhone mahsus kiya ki yah ibadat thodi hai, phir unhone kaha: hamara aap(sws) se kya muqabla? Unke to agle pichle gunah maaf ho chuke hain( wah to agar zyada ibadat na bhi karen to koi baat nahi, hame to bahut zyada mahnat karne ki zarurat hai, unme se ek bola: main hamesha namaz(tahajjud) padha karunga; dusre ne kaha: main hamesha roza rakhunga, kisi din naaga nahi karunga; teesre ne kaha: main aurton se alag rahunga, kabhi nikaah nahi karunga; (jab aap(sws) ko in baaton ka ilm huwa to) aap(sws) unke paas tashrif le gaye aur farmaya:

" tum logon ne ye ye Baatein ki hai? Allah ki qasam! Main tum sabse zyada khauf e khuda aur taqwa rakhta hun, lekin main(nafli) roze bhi rakhta hun aur chhod ta bhi hun, (raat ko) namaz(tahajjud) bhi padhta hun aur sota bhi hun, aur maine nikaah bhi kiye hain"

hz sahal bin saad sa'adi (ra) se riwayat hai ki unhone farmaya: janab rasoollullah(sws) ke paas se ek shakhs guzra, nabi(sws) ne apne paas baithe hue ek sahabi se farmaya:-" is shakhs ke baare me tumhari kya raaye hai?" unhone arz kiya:-" yah to khaas(ameer) logon me se hai, allah ki kasam! Yah to aisa aadmi hai ki agar kisi se rishta maange to usse nikaah kar diya jaayega(har shakhs khushi se rishta dene ke liye taiyyar ho jaayega), agar shifaarish kare to iski shifarish qubool ki jaayegi", janab rasoollullah(sws) khamosh ho gaye, thodi der baad ek aur aadmi guzra, aap(sws) ne farmaya:-" is Shakhs ke baare me aapki kya raaye hai?" unhone arz kiya:-" ya rasoollullah! Ya to muflis(gareeb) musalmano me se ek (aam sa) aadmi hai, yah to agar kisi se rishta maange to iska nikah nahi hoga. Agar shifarish kare to iski shifaarish qubool na ho, agar baat kare to koi iski baat na sune," allah ke rasool ne farmaya:-" us( daulat mand) jaise aadmiyon se poori zameen bhari hui ho to unse yah (muflis musalman) bahtar hai";

"hz abdullah bin masud ra farmate hai ki aap(sws) ne (ek baar) namaz padhi, jab salaam fhera to aapse arz kiya, aiy rasoollullah! Kya namaz me ko baad paida ho gayi hai? Farmaya wah kya? Arz kiya aapne itni rakatein padhi hain(yani zyada ya kam), aapne fauran apne kadam mode, qible ki tarah muh kiya, do sazde kiye aur salaam pher diya, jab hamari taraf muh kiya to farmaya, agar namaz me koi nayi baat hoti to main tumko bata deta, lekin main tumhari tarah insaan hun, jis tarah tumse bhool ho jaati hai mujh se bhi ho jaati hai, agar main bhool jaaya karun to mujhe yaad dila diya karo, agar tum me se kisi ko apni namaz me shak ho jaaya kare, to chahiye amure haq ki sahi baat soche aur usi ke mutabik(namaz) puri kare, phir salaam fher de aur sazde kare"

HAJJ-E-TAMATTU



Hz marwan bin hakam riwayat karte hain ki:-" maine dekha hz usman(ra) logon ko hajj e tamattu se mana karte they, hz ali(ra) ne jab yah dekha to hajj wa umra(dono, sath ehram baandha) aur kaha, labbaik li umara wal hajj, phir farmaya, muhammad sallallaho alaihi wasallam ki sunnat ko kisi ke kahne se nahi chhodunga"

NEKI KA HUQM DENE AUR BURAAYI SE ROKNE KA BAYAAN:



Hz abu saeed khudri ra se riwayat hai ki maine suna rasoollullah(sws) farmate they:-" jo shakhs tum mese kisi buraayi ko (hote) dekhe to use apne haath se rok de, agar (haath se rokne ki) taaqat nahi hai to zabaan se (iski buraayi ko waajeh kare), agar uski bhi taqat nahi hai to dil se (ise bura jaane) aur ye imaan ka kamzor tareen darja hai"

(sahih muslim,kitabul imaan)


Tashrih:- dekhne se matlab hai, ilm me aana, chaahe aankhon se dekhe ya na dekhe, is me islami mu'aashre ko buraayi se rokne ke liye ek nihayat aham huqm diya gaya hai, musalman jab tak us par amal karte rahe aur amr bil maroof aur nahiy anil munjar ka fareezah bila khauf aur begair kisi mufaad ke ada karte rahe, musalman mu'aashra bahut si buraaiynn aur gunahon se mahsoof raha aur jab musalmano ne is fareeze ko faramosh kar diya, to inka mu'aashra Munkaraat ke sailaab me be panaah ki zad me aa gaya, kaash musalman phir is fareeze ki adaaiygi ki taraf muta-wajjeh hon, taaki is sailaab ke aage baandh baandha jaa sake

hz ubaidah bin saamit ra kahte hai ke (ek shab) rasoollullah sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) shab qadr ki khabar bayaan karne ke liye (ghar se) bahar aamad hue, lekin do musalman baaham kuch jhagda kar rahe they, isliye shab e qadr ka ilm utha liya gaya (yani shab e qadr na maloom ho gayi aur yaad nahi raha ke kis tareekh ko hai) aur shayad yah hi tumhare liye bahtar hai, lihaaza 27wi, 29wi aur 25wi ko iski justazu kiya karo"

FAAYEDA:



Is waqeye se ladaai jhagde aur baahami fitnah wa fasaad ka nuqsaan wazeh hota hai ke is wajah se us awkaat ke barkat ke bahut bade hisse se insaan mahroom ho jaata hai, jispar siwaaye pachhtaane ke insaan kuch nahi kar sakta


yaha is baat ka zikr karna faayeda se khaali nahi hoga ke awaam ki aksariyat shab e qadr 27wi shab e ramzaan ko samajhti hai, halaanke shab e qadr ka 27wi Shab ramzaan me hona koi yaqeeni baat nahi, albatta imkaan zaroor hai, lekin yah imkaan sirf uske saath khaas nahi balke ashrah aakhirah ki har taaq(odd) raat me yah ahtemaal aur imkaan maujood hai, is liye is par asraar karna bhi sahih nahi......

SHARAI HUQOOQ(RIGHTS)



Hz abu huzaifa ne bayan kiya ke rasool sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne suleman aur hz abu darda ra ke darmiyaan (hijrat ke baad) bhai chaara karaya tha, ek martaba hz saleman ra abu darda ra se mulaaqaat ke liye gaye..to (inki aurat) umme darda ra ko bahut fate puraane haal me dekha, in se poocha ke yah haalat kyon bana rakhi hai? Umme darda ra ne jawab diya ke tumhare bhai abu darda hain jin ki duniya ki koi haajat hi nahi hai, phir hz abu darda ra bhi aa gaye aur inke saamne khaana haajir kiya aur kaha ke khaana khaao, unhone kaha ke main to roze se hun, is par hz suleman ra ne farmaya- main bhi us waqt tak khaana nahi khaaunga jab tak tum khud bhi shareek na hoge, raawi ne bayaan kiya ke phir wah khaana khaane me shareek ho gaye, (aur roza tod diya) raat huwi to hz abu darda ra ibaadat ke liye uthe aur is martaba bhi hz suleman ra ne phir kaha Abhi so jaao, phir jab raat aakhiri hissa huwa to hz suleman ra ne farmaya ke accha ab uth jaao, chunanche dono ne namaz padhi, uske baad hz suleman ra ne farmaya ke tumhare rabb ka bhi tum par haq hai, jaan ka bhi tum par haq hai, aur tumhare biwi ka bhi tum par haq hai, is liye har haq waale ke haq ko ada karna chahiye, phir aap nabi akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam(pbuh) ki khidmat me haazir hue aur aapse iska tazkirah kiya, aapne farmaya ke suleman ne sach kaha"

tashrih:- shariat e islamiyah ki yah khususiyat hai ke usne wajibni huqooq ko tafseeli taur par bayaan kiya hai, aur bandgaan e ilaahi ke uper waajib hai ke wah in huqooq ki adaayegi aur in huqooq ki adaayegi me kotaahi karne ke sabab insaan aasi wa gunahgaar me shumaar kiya jaata hai,

musalmano ko in huqooq ki mu'aarifat haasil karni chahiye jinko shariat mutahhara ne laazim qaraar diya hai, inki adaayegi ki targheeb Dalail hai aur inme adl wa insaan ko qaayem rakhne par tawajjah dilaayi hai, shariat ne taqriban 4 tarah ke huqooq bayaan kiya hai,

1- huqooq e ilaahi aur wah yah hai ke banda allah taala ki ibadat kare, pukhta imaan rakhe, kisi ko uske saath shareek na thahraaye,

2- huqooq nafs aur wah jism ko kapde se dhaankna hai, ruku, sujood aur qayaam ka ehtemaam karna hai aur quraan ne aayat kareema me iski saraahat ki hai jo surah aale imraan ayat no 43 me hai,

3- huqooq ul ibaad aur wah bahut zyada hai, shauhar ka haq, biwa ka shauhar par haq, maa baap ka haq, rishtedaaron ka haq, padosi ka haq, muslim hukmaranon ka haq, fuqara wa masaakeen ka haq wagerah unhi mese hai, jamlah makhlookaat ke huqooq yaani ke tamaam bandon ke uper jaanwaron ke huqooq bhi hain,

hadith rasool me nabi kareem sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne baaz huqooq ki tarah nishaan dehi ki hai aur isme haq jism wa haq ain hai, wah yah hai Ke uski ibaadat ki jaaye, uske ek maana jaaye, shirk se bachaaya jaaye, tamaam ibaadatein usi ke liye khaas ki jaaye,

4- haq nafs wah yah ke usko mashakkat me na daala jaaye, raahat ka khayaal rakha jaaye, biwi ka bhi haq hai aur wah yah ke insaan apni biwi se mujammat kare, usko khush rakhe, uske kaamon me haath bataaye, accha sulook kare, is qadar masroof na ho ke biwi ke liye waqt na nikaal sake, daur e jadeed me miyan biwi ke darmiyaani khaleej ka buniyaadi sabab donon ke bahami taalluqaat ki na khushgawaari hai, maamla yah hai ke aurat ghar par to mard duty par aur mard ghar par to aurat duty par hoti hai, is tarah dono ke mijaaz me fasaad paida hota hai aur har ek fahaskaari ki tarah raaghab hi nahi hota balke najaiz taur par apni khwaahishaat poori karta hai,

abu dawood, nisaai ki riwayaat me bhi haq jism wa aine ki saraahat hai, mukhtasar yah ke aadmi har haq ko adaa kare khwaah wah maamooli hi kyun na ho, hadith se yahi pata chalta hai........

" beshak jo log gharon ki chaardiwaari ke baaher se tujhe pukaate hain wah aqsar nasamjh hain, aur agar wah sabr karte yahan tak ke tu in ki taraf nikal aata to inke liye bahtar hota aur allah bakhsne waala maherbaan hai, momino ! Agar koi faasiq aadmi tumhaare paas koi khabar lekar aaye to uski tahqeeq(investigation) karo, aisa na ho ke tum nadaani se kisi qaum par ja pado, phir kal ko pachhtaane lago, aur jaan lo ke tum me allah ka rasool hai agar wah aksar baaton me tumhari maana kare to tum par mushkil me pad jaao, lekin allah ne tumhare dilon me muhabbat daali aur use tumhare dilon me accha dikhlaaya aur kufr aur gunaah aur be'huqmi se tumhaare dilon me nafrat paida ki , aise hi log raah hidayat par hain, ye allah ki taraf se fazl aur ehsaan hai, aur allah jaanne waala hikmat waala hai, aur agar musalmano ke do firqe aapas me lad paden To inke darmiyaan sulah karaado, phir agar ek jamaat dusri jamaat par chadh jaaye to jo chadhayi waali hai to usse sab lado, yahan tak ke wah khuda ke huqm ki taraf ruju kare, phir agar ruju kare to insaaf ke saath in me sulah kara do aur insaaf karo beshak khuda insaaf karne waalon ko pasand karta hai"

TASHRIH- uyanna bin hasan infaraari aur aqra bin haalis aur 70 admiyon ke saath huzoor(sws) se milne ke liye aaye. Huzoor(sws) us waqt haram me tashreef farma they ye log zor zor se awaazen dene lage. Is par ye aayat naazil hui ke is tarah aapko mukhaatib karna be'adbi aur be'aqli hai, in logon ko chahiye tha ke ittela kar dete aur phir intezaar karte. Htta ke huzoor(sws) tashreef le aate aur inki baaton ko tawajjah se sun lete,
Uske baad ek asool aur irshaad farmaya jis par tanqeed aur chhaan bheen ki tafri'aat murattab hoti hai, aur jisse maalum hota hai ke musalmano ke liye haalaat se ba'khabar rahna kitna zaroori hai, farmaya ke dekho tumhare paas koi faasiq aur na'qaabil aadmi khabar laaye to bila tahqeeq us par yaqeen na karna, aisa na ho ke tumhare andha dundh yaqeen se musalmano ko nuksaan pahunch jaaye aur wah tumhare bad'akhlaqi ka khaamiyaaza bhugten,

waazeh ho ke aaj is usool tahqeeq wa tanqeed ke sahih istemal na karne se musalmano ko kis qadr nuksaan pahuncha hai,

iska andaaza kuch wahi log kar sakte hain jinki halaat par nazar hai ke mukhaalifeen ki phailaayi huwi baaton ko ham kis darja sahih aur insaaf samjhne lage hain,

aur in par yun yaqeen karne lage hain jis tarah ke wah wahi ilhaam ki baatein hain, aur is tarah khud apne bhaiyyon se bad'zan hain apne akaabir se fire hain aur apne mukhaalifeen ke saath Kandhe se kandha milaaye khade hain, nateeza ye hai ke musalmaan pareshaan hai aur nuksaan me hai

is ayat me musalmano ki do jamaat me sulah karwaane ka bhi huqm hai, aur jo fareeq na maane uske khilaaf quwwat wa taqat ka istemaal karen, hatta ke wah fareeq apni sarkashi se baaz aa jaaye aur khuda ke huqmon ke saamne sar tasleem kham karde,

chunanche is baare me irshaad farmaya hai ke " agar musalmanon ke do girohon me ikhtelaaf raaye se jung wa jadal ka mauqa paida ho jaaye to tum fauran sulah ka parcham lahraate hue darmiyaan me kood pado,

agar wah tumhari na maane to inko shakhti ke saath majboor kar do ke islaam ke wahdat ke liye aur uske mufaad ke liye apne zaati aa'raaz ko ek dum tarq kar den...
