IZZAT WA AABRU KI HURMAT AUR MAGHRIBI CHALAN (WESTERN CULTURE)
Islam ne mard wa aurat ki zahni wa jismaani shakht aur banaawat ko madd'e nazar rakhte hue dono ke liye alag alag huqooq(rights) aur faraiz muqarrar kiye hain,
kuch umoor me dono ko baraabar ka darja diya gaya hai, kuch me kam aur kuch me zyada, jin umoor me baraabari ka darja diya gaya hai, uska tazkirah yahan munaasib hai
islam me izzat wa aabru ki hifaazat ke liye jo ahkaam mardon ke liye hain wahi ahkaam aurton ke liye hain,
quraan kareem ki surah hujraat aayat 11 me jahan rabbul alameen ne mardon ko ye huqm diya hai ke wah ek dusre ka mazaak na udaaye, wahin par aurton ko bhi ye huqm diya hai ke wah ek durse ka mazaak na udaaye aur farmaya:
" aur na hi aurten ek dusri auraton ka mazaak udaaye ho sakta hai wah inse bahtar hon"
aur isi ayat me aage farmaya
" aur ek dusre par taana zani na karo"
yani Aisa mat kaho ke
tu falan ka beta hai,
teri maa aisi waisi hai,
tu falan khaandaan ka hai.. Etc etc
aage allah ne farmaya
" aur na hi ek dusre ke bure naam rakho"
yani apne taur par logon ke bure naam rakh lena jo unhe napasand hon, ya acche bhale naamon ko bigaad kar bolna ,
aur ayat no 12 me farmaya
" aur na hi tum mese koi kisi ki gheebat(buraayi) kare"
hz abu hurairah ra riwayat karte hain ke aap(sws) ne farmaya:-" kya tum jaante ho ke gheebat kya hoti hai, jab tu apne bhai ka aisa zikr kare jo use napasand ho, agar usme wah khaslat ho jiska tune zikr kiya hai to tune uski gheebat ki aur agar usme na ho to tune us par bohtaan(ilzam) taraashi ki"

allah ne aage usi aayat me farmaya
" kya tum mese koi bhi apne murdah bhai(dead brother) ka ghost(meat) khaana pasand karta hai?"
balke aapko isse ghin aayegi, ghaur kijiye ke allah taala ne gheebat ke liye kaisi tafseel Bayaan farmayi hai,
awwal ye ghost insaan ka hai, haiwaan ka nahi,
dusra ye ke wah uska bhai hai,
teesra ye ke wah ghost murda ka hai,
murda bhai ka ghost koi khaana pasand nahi karta,
lekin gheebat logon ki nihaayat marghoob giza hai
kya gheebat karne waale nasihat pakdenge??
Rasool akram(sws) ne farmaya:-" har musalman(mard ho ya aurat) ka khoon, maal aur izzat ek dusre par haraam hai"

izzat wa aabru ke taalluq se aurat ka maamla mard ki nisbat zyaada naazuk hai,
chunanche islam ne aurat ki izzat wa aabru ki hifaazat ke liye alag wa shakht ahkaam naazil farmaaye hain
allah taala farmata hai:
" jo log paak daaman , bholi bhaali, ba' imaan aurton par tohmat lagaata hai wah duniya wa aakhirat me maloon hai aur unke liye bada bhaari azaab hai"

" ghafalaat" se muraad aisi bholi bhaali nek dil khwateen hain jinke zehan fahaashi ke kaamon aur cheezon se khaali hai, Aur is surah ki ayat no 4 me farmaya
" aur jo log paak daaman aurton par zina ki tohmat lagaayen phir 4 gawaah pesh na kar saken to unhe 80 kode lagaao, aur kabhi bhi unki gawaahi qubool na karo, yahi faasiq log hain"
yani is me qazaf (bohtaan taraashi) ki saza bayan ki gayi hai ke jo shakhs kisi paak daaman aurat ya mard par zina ki tohmat lagaaye ( isi tarah jo aurat kisi paak daman aurat ya mard par zina ki tohmat lagaaye) aur wah ba'taur saboot 4 gawaah pesh na kar sake to unke liye 3 ahkaam bayan kiye gaye hain
1- unhe 80 kode lagaao
2- unki gawaahi kabhi qubool na ki jaaye
3- wah faasiq hai
aur isi surah ayat no 20 me aurat ke liye saza ke taur par 100 kode bayaan kiye gaye hain aur agar koi unme se shadi shuda(married) hai to uski saza sang saari hai( yani pattar maar maar kar maut dena)
nabwi daur me ek aurat andhere me namaz ke liye nikli raaste me ek shakhs ne us aurat ko gira diya Aur zabardasti uski asmat dari ki, aurat ke shor machaane par log aagaye, aur zaani pakda gaya, rasool akram(sws) ne use sang saar karwa diya aur aurat ko chhod diya

aurat ki izzat wa aabru ke maamle me qaabil zikr aur aham baat ye hai ke shariat e islamiya ne uska koi maadi ya maali mu'aawza qubool karne ki izaazat nahi di
hz abu hurairah ra aur hz zaid bin khalid zuhni ra se riwayat hai ke ek arabi rasoollullah(sws) ki khidmat me haazir huwa aur arz kiya:-" ya rasoollullah ! Main aapko allah ki qasam deta hun ke mera faisla kitaabullah ke mutaabik kijiye,
muqaddame ka dusra fareeq ziyadah samjhdar tha usne kaha:- haan hamare darmiyaan kitabullah ke mutabik hi faisla farmayen, lekin mujhe baat karne ki ijaazat dijiye, aap(sws) ne farmaya, accha baat karo,
usne kaha ke mera beta uske ghar naukar tha toh usne uski biwi se zina kar liya ab log mujhse kahne lage ke tere bete ke Bete ke liye rajam(maut) ki saza hai, maine uske badle me, 100 bakriyan sadka kiya aur ek laundi ada ki hai
phir maine ahle ilm se poocha to unhone kaha ke tere bete ke liye 100 kodon ki saza aur ek saal ki jila watni( desh nikaala) hai, aur fareeq saani ki biwi ke liye sang saari ki saza hai,
rasoollullah(sws) ne farmaya:-" us zaat ki qasam jiske haath me meri jaan hai, main tumhare darmiyaan kitabullah ke mutabik hi faisla karunga, fareeq awwal ko huqm diya ke apni bakriyan aur laundi wapas le lo, tumhare bete ke liye 100 kode aur ek saal tak jila watni ki saza hai, phir ek sahabi hz anas ra ko huqm diya ke tum kal us aurat se jaakar poocho agar wah zina ka iqraar kare to use sang saar kar dena, hz anas ra agle roz gaye aur poocha aurat ne iqraar kar liya, nabi(sws) ke huqm se wah sang saar kar di gayi"

aurat ki izzat wa aabru ka ye tasawwur islam se pahle kabhi na raha hai aur Na islam aane ke baad kisi dusre mazhab me hai,
ab ek nigaah maghribi(western) mulkon me se bil'khusoos america par daal li jaaye.
Taake sabse alambardaar mulk ki soorat maalum ho jaaye ke wahan aurton ki kya haalat hai
america ke ek school me do ladkon ne, ek 15 saal ki ladki se zina kiya, muqaddama adaalat me gaya to judge ne faislah me likha ke:-" ladkon ne lakadpan me sharaarat ki hai, use zina qaraar nahi diya ja sakta"

ek america ke survey ke mutaabik, 1980 to 1985 ke darmiyaan shaadi karne waali ladkiyon me se sirf 14% ladkiyan haqiqatan kunwari thi, baaqi 86% shaadi se pahle hi apni asmat kho chuki thin,
80% se zyada ladke aur ladkiyan 19 saal ki umar(age) se pahle hi jinsi taalluqaat( sexual relation) qayem kar chuke hote hain

JAAN KI HURMAT:
Ba'haisiyat insaani jaan ke mard aur aurat donon ki jaan Ki hurmat baraabar hai,
allah ka farman hai
" aur jo shakhs kisi momin ko qatal kare to uski saza jahannum hai, jisme woh hamesha rahega, us par allah ka ghazab aur uski laanat hai, aur allah ne uske liye bahut bada azaab taiyyar kar rakha hai"
(surah nisa 93)
yani ek momin ka qatal shadeed jurm hai, jiski saza jahannum me hameshgi hai, ghazab ilaahi, uski laanat aur azaab azeem bataayi gayi hai,
itni shadeed sazaayen kisi aur gunaah ke liye zikr nahi ki gayi,
is gunaah ka andaaza is baat se bhi laga sakte hain ke allah taaka ne kai aayaat me shirk ke fauran baad ek momin ko qatl ka zikr kiya hai
irshaad farmaya
" aur allah ke saath kisi aur ilaah ko nahi pukaarte, na hi allah ki haraam ki hui kisi jaan ko na'haq qatl karte hain, aur na zina karte hain, alaawa yah ke
1- agar ko qubool islam ke baad murtad ho jaaye
2- agar koi shadi shuda zina kar baithe
3- agar koi qatl ahad kare,

hz abdullah ibn masud ra ka bayan hai ke maine nabi akram(sws) se poocha:-allah ke nazdeek kaunsa gunaah sabse bada hai ? Farmaya:- yah ke tum allah ke saath kisi ko baraabar thahraao, halaanke allah hi ne tumko paida kiya hai, maine arz kiya: kya ye toh waqai sabse bada gunaah hai, phir uske baad kaunsa ? Farmaya: ye ke apni awlaad ko is khauf se maar daalo ke wah tumhare saath khaaye, maine poocha phir uske baad ? Farmaya- ye ke tum apne padosi(neibour) ki aurat ke saath zina karo "

khutbah hajjatul wida me rasool akram(sws) ne irshaad farmaya:-" allah taala ne tum sab mardon aur aurton ke khoon,aur maal ko ek dusre par haraam kar diya hai"

" tum mere baad kafir na ban jaana ke tum mese baaz log baaz logon ki gardan maarne lag jaana"

chunanche ek dusri hadith me aap(sws) ne saaf taur se farma diya ke:-" ba'roz qayamat Sabse awwal logon ke darmiyaan khoon kharaabe ke faisle kiye jaayenge, aur sab se pahle khatoon e jannat hz fatima ra, hz hussain ra ke khoon ka daawa karengi, ye uske khilaaf nahi hai ke sabse pahle namaz ke faisle honge, kyonke namaz huqooq ul allah mese hai aur khoon huqooq ul ibaad mese hai, huqooq ul allah me awwal namaz ke faisle honge, aur huqooq ul ibaad me awwal khoon ki parshash hogi,"

khoon na'haq kisi muslim mard zan ka ho, ya ghair muslim mard zan ka, dono ka huqm ek hi hai, us se islam ki insaaniyat par jo roshni padhti hai wah bilkul saaf aur waazeh hai..
Aap (sws) ne farmaya:
" jo koi shakhs aisi jaan ko maar daale jis se muwaheda kar chuka ho wah jannat ki khusbu bhi na soonghega"

hz anas ra bayan karte hain ke madeena me ek laundi chandi(silver) ke zewar pahne bahar nikli, raawi ne bayan kiya ke phir use ek yahudi ne patthar se maar diya, jab use Nabi kareem(sws) ke paas laaya gaya to abhi usme jaan baqi thi, aap(sws) ne poocha tumhe falan ne mara hai, us ladki ne apna sar inkaar ke liye uthaaya, phir aapne poocha ke tumhe falan ne maara hai, us par bhi ladki ne nafi me sar uthaaya, teesri martaba aap(sws) ne poocha ke tumhe falan ne maara hai? Us ladki ne iqraar me apna sar jhuka liya, chunanche aap(sws) ne us shakhs ko bulaaya aur do pattharon ke darmiyaan rakh kar qatal kar diya"

aur ye baat bhi apni jagah musallam hai ke zamaana jahiliyat me aurton ki jaan ki koi keemat na thi, balke uski paidaish ko bahoosat ki alaamat tasawwur kiya jaata tha, isliye allah taala ne aurat ki jaan ki khaatir quraan kareem me bade ghazab naak lahze me aayat naazil farmayi
" aur jab zinda gaadi hui ladki se sawaal kiya jaayega ke kis gunaah ki wajah se wah qatl ki gayi"
(surah takweer ayat 9)
ye intehaai ghazab naak andaaz hai allah taala Zinda dafan karne waalon ko dekhna bhi pasand na karega aur us masoom se sawaal karega ke tum apna jurm bataao ke kis liye qatal ki gayi ho.
Ladki kahegi allah me jurm to bas itna tha ke tune mujhe ladki bana kar duniya ko raunak bakhsne ke liye bheja tha, magar insaaniyat se aari me walidain ne mere wajood ko tasleem nahi kiya
zamane jahiliyat ka yeh faal aaj bhi hamare culture me maujood hai jahan ladki ka pata chalte hi, uska maa ki god me hi qatl kar diya jaata hai,
jo family planning aur abortion ke naam se poori duniya me bade zor shor se jaari hai, kya kitab muqaddas par imaan rakhne waalon ki nigaahen quraan kareem ki tilaawat karte hue , is ayat kareema se nahi guzarti hain, jisme allah taala ne irshad farmaya
" aur (muflisi) ke khauf se apni awlaad ko qatl na karo, unhe aur tumhe bhi rizq ham hi dete hain,"

yani gareebi ke khauf se aulaad ko qatal karna ye allah Taala ki razaqiyat par baraah raast hamla karna hai,
allah ham sabko is gunaah kabeera se bachne ki taufeeq bakhse...... Ameen

Aap (sws) ne farmaya:
" jo koi shakhs aisi jaan ko maar daale jis se muwaheda kar chuka ho wah jannat ki khusbu bhi na soonghega"
(bukhari 1806)
hz anas ra bayan karte hain ke madeena me ek laundi chandi(silver) ke zewar pahne bahar nikli, raawi ne bayan kiya ke phir use ek yahudi ne patthar se maar diya, jab use Nabi kareem(sws) ke paas laaya gaya to abhi usme jaan baqi thi, aap(sws) ne poocha tumhe falan ne mara hai, us ladki ne apna sar inkaar ke liye uthaaya, phir aapne poocha ke tumhe falan ne maara hai, us par bhi ladki ne nafi me sar uthaaya, teesri martaba aap(sws) ne poocha ke tumhe falan ne maara hai? Us ladki ne iqraar me apna sar jhuka liya, chunanche aap(sws) ne us shakhs ko bulaaya aur do pattharon ke darmiyaan rakh kar qatal kar diya"

aur ye baat bhi apni jagah musallam hai ke zamaana jahiliyat me aurton ki jaan ki koi keemat na thi, balke uski paidaish ko bahoosat ki alaamat tasawwur kiya jaata tha, isliye allah taala ne aurat ki jaan ki khaatir quraan kareem me bade ghazab naak lahze me aayat naazil farmayi
" aur jab zinda gaadi hui ladki se sawaal kiya jaayega ke kis gunaah ki wajah se wah qatl ki gayi"
(surah takweer ayat 9)
ye intehaai ghazab naak andaaz hai allah taala Zinda dafan karne waalon ko dekhna bhi pasand na karega aur us masoom se sawaal karega ke tum apna jurm bataao ke kis liye qatal ki gayi ho.
Ladki kahegi allah me jurm to bas itna tha ke tune mujhe ladki bana kar duniya ko raunak bakhsne ke liye bheja tha, magar insaaniyat se aari me walidain ne mere wajood ko tasleem nahi kiya
zamane jahiliyat ka yeh faal aaj bhi hamare culture me maujood hai jahan ladki ka pata chalte hi, uska maa ki god me hi qatl kar diya jaata hai,
jo family planning aur abortion ke naam se poori duniya me bade zor shor se jaari hai, kya kitab muqaddas par imaan rakhne waalon ki nigaahen quraan kareem ki tilaawat karte hue , is ayat kareema se nahi guzarti hain, jisme allah taala ne irshad farmaya
" aur (muflisi) ke khauf se apni awlaad ko qatl na karo, unhe aur tumhe bhi rizq ham hi dete hain,"
(surah bani israel 31)
yani gareebi ke khauf se aulaad ko qatal karna ye allah Taala ki razaqiyat par baraah raast hamla karna hai,
allah ham sabko is gunaah kabeera se bachne ki taufeeq bakhse...... Ameen
