NAMAZ-E-FAJR KI SUNNATEIN PADH KAR QALAAM KARNA:
Hz aisha ra farmati hain ke:-" nabi akram(sws) jab subah ki sunnatein padh lete, agar main jaag rahi hoti to mujh se baatein karte, warna leit jaate hatta ke aapko namaz ki ittela(khabar) di jaati"
(sahih bukhari jild 1 page 155, muslim jild1 pg 255)
ye riwayat pesh karke hanafiyya ye saabit karna chahte hain ke :-" fazr ki sunnat padh kar daayen pahlu par leitna sunnat nahi hai"
(hadith aur ahle hadith page 610)
magar is hadith se jo ye saabit hota hai ke fazr ke baad aur faraiz padhne se pahle guftugu bila karaahat jayez hai.... Is amal ke hanafiyah munkir hain...
Ahnaaf ke baaz fuqaha ka qaul hai ke:-" sunnat fajr ke baad baat cheet(talking) karne se sunnat fazr baatil ho jaati hai, aur jamhoor fuqaha ahnaaf ka ye mauqaf hai ke sunnat fajr baatil toh nahi hoti ,albatta sawaab me farq aa jaata hai"

shahab e durre mukhtar likhte hain :-" agar sunnat fajr aur farz ke darmiyaan guftughu ki toh sunnatein baatil toh na hongi, albatta unke sawaab me kami waqai ho jaayegi "

yahi mauqaf allama ibn najeem hanafi ne " kanzul daqaiq " ki sharah " bahrurraiq jild 2 page 49" me hanafiyah ka bayaan kiya hai...
Tajjub hai is hadith ke nisf(half) hisse ko toh hanafiya maante hain, magar qalaam karne ke hisse ko tasleem karne se inkaar karte hue kahte hain ke :-" ye jayez nahi", hatta ke kisi ne qalaam kar liya to uske sawaab me kami waqe ho jaayegi......

farz kijiye ke koi shakhs subah ki sunnatein ghar me ada karta hai aur uski biwi jaag rahi thi, aur us shakhs ne " aap(sws) ke tareeqe par amal karte hue apni rafeeq e hayaat se kisi silsile me baat kar li toh hanafi kahte hain ke uske sawaab me kami Waqe ho gayi hai "
sawaal ye hai ke
kya uswah habeeb sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) par amal karne se bhi kisi kaar khair ke sawaab me kami waqai hoti hai ??
ALLAH MUQALLIDEEN KO SAMJHNE KI TAUFEEQ DE AAAMEEN
