MASLA-E-IMAAMAT, HADITH KI ROSHNI ME AUR DEOBANDI DALAIL




sabse pahle ham abu bakr ghazipuri deobandi ka taruf aapse karaate hain, ye hazraat deoband ke hero hain, jinhone ahle hadith(ghair muqallidon) par research karke jhooti ibaartein apni kitabon me naqal ki hai....... Ab zara dekhte hain ki abu bakr ghazi puri ne masla e imamat me kya tahreef ki hai uska bhi jaayeza lete chalen....


Ghazipuri ne fiqhi kitabon me likhi hui imamat ki sharton mese sirf do chaar par khaamiyah farsaayi ki hai

1- qura wa ilm mese imamat ka haqdaar kaun hai ?

2- "aur summul akbar wa la saghra azwa" ki tashreeh


pahle masla se mutaalliq main aap se ghuzaarish karunga ke wah sahih muslim ki wah riwayat ek baar zehen me rakh len, jisme imaamat ke haqdaar ki poori tafseel wa tarteeb bayaan ki gayi hai, taake abu bakr ghazipuri jaise jaamid muqallideen ki ghalat bayanion aur be'buniyaad taaweelon ko acchi tarah samjh saken....


Hadith is tarah hai:

rasool akram(sws) ne farmaya ke :-" qaum ki imaamat wah karaaye jo quraan aur uske padhne ka ilm zyadah rakhta ho, agar us sifat me sab baraabar hon to imamat wah kare jo sunnat ka ziyaadah jaanne waala ho, agar usme bhi sab baraabar hon to imam wah bane jisne hijrat me pahal ki ho, agar hijrat me sab baraabar hon to imamat ka haqdaar wah hai jo umar(age) me bada ho, ek riwayat me hai ke jo pahle musalman huwa ho"


(sahih muslim ba'hawala miskaat jild 1 kitabus salat)



sahih muslim ki yah mazkoor hadith jaleel-ul-qadr sahabi e rasool hz abdullah bin masood ra ki riwayat kardah hai, jinhe muqallideen hazrat fiqh hanafi ka baani(founder) qaraar dete hain,

lekin afsas ki baat hai ke yahan baani fiqh ko bhi nazar andaaz kar rahe hain aur is sahih hadith ko isliye mustard kar rahen hai ke ye unke khaana shaaz mazhab ke khilaaf hai..

Aur


Imam karkhi jaise logon ka ye usool unke pesh e nazar hai ke:-" agar quraan ki koi ayat hanafi mazhab ke khilaaf hogi toh wah mansookh samjhi jaayegi"

usi tarah har wah hadith jo hanafi mazhab ke khilaaf hogi uski taweel karli jayegi,


chunanche apne taqleedi mazhab ke buniyadi usool ke pesh e nazar ghazipuri ne hanafi awaam ko andhere(darkness) me rakhne ke liye 3 tarah ke mughaalte de kar apni fareb qaari ka sikka jamaaya hai....

1- 'qura' ka khud saakhta aur ghalat matlab bayaan karke awaam ko dhoka diya hai, taake apne khaana khaaz taqleedi mazhab ki aabru qayem rakh saken

2- hadithon ko ek dusre ke saath mut'ariz wa mutsadam zaahir karke ye saabit kiya hai ke aslaaf dono taraf gaye hain

3- aur hadithon ka ghalat tarjumah wa mafhoom bayaan karke ye unhone apne haq me saabit karne ki mazmoom koshish ki hai....


'QURA' kA MAFHOOM:

Is mauzu par tamaam hadithon ko saamne rakhne se "qura" ke 3 Mafhoom waazeh hote hain

1- sahih muslim ki hadith se malum hota hai ke ' qura' ka mafhoom hai:- quraan ka zyadah wa accha padhne waala, ya quraan ko zyadah yaad rakhne waala..

2- isse milti julti sahih bukhari ki ek riwayat hai jisme aap(sws) ne farmaya:-" jab namaz ka waqt ho jaaye toh tum mese koi ek azaan kahe aur imaamat aisa shakhs karaaye jo quraan kareem ko ziyadah jaanta ho"

is farmaan me dono mafhoom shamil hain,

yani quraan kareem ka ziyadah ilm ho ya use ziyadah yaad rakhne waala ho


3- allama ibn taimiyya rh sahih muslim ki mazkoor hadith ki wazahat farmate hue likhte hai:

" allah ke rasool(sws) ne ye huqm farmaya ke jo kitabullah ka ziyadah aalim ho use imamat me muqaddam kiya jaaye"

malum huwa ke 'qurra' me ye teeno mafhoom shaamil hain,

1- quraan ka zyadah accha padhne waala

2- quraan ko zyadah yaad rakhne wala

3- aur quran ke ahqaam wa maane ka ilm..



Ab jo kisi shakhs me ye teeno khususiyaat hon, ya koi ek hon use imaamat ke liye muqaddam kiya jaayega....



Ab aayen dekhen ke in haqaiq se door le jaakar GHAZIPURI ne kaisa fareb diya hai, usne apne is fan ka mujaahira karte hue likha hai


" qura ka maayena quraan zyaada tilaawat karne waala, lene se kaunsi cheez maana hai, agar koi ahkaam shariat aur masail namaz se na'waqif aur jaahil shakhs rozaana 5 paarah tilaawat karne ka aadi ho, aur dusra shakhs jo ahkaam shariat aur masail namaz ka jaanne waala ho, magar uska rozaana tilaawat karne ka mamooli sarf do paaraah(chapter) hai, toh qura waali hadith ke pesh e nazar pahle shakhs hi ko namaz me imaamat karne ka zyadah haq hona chahiye na ke dusre shakhs ko, isliye ke "qura" pahla shakhs hai dusra nahi, agar ghair muqallideen ka yahi mazhab hai to uska wah barmala izhaar karen"


ye hai imam karkhi ke usool ke mutaabik hadith rasool ki taweel aur Use todne marodne ka muqallidaana fankaari ka shahkaar.....


Dar'asal inhi taaweelaat aur shaitaani ibleesiyaat se muqallidon ka saara kaarobaar chal raha hai aur hanafi awaam ko quran wa sunnat ke sahih raaste se bar'ghustah karne ki duty anjaam de rahe hain....


Is mauzu par tamaam hadithon se jo sahih mazhab saabit hota hai uske khilaaf karkhi zadah log shor machaana to apna paidaishi aur aabaai haq samjhte hain, aur aaj kal aise logon ka rahnuma wa tarjumaan muqallid aami ghazipuri maidaan me aaya hai...


Aage dekhiye hadith e rasool ko apna maslak banaane waale ahle hadithon aur muslim shareef ki sahih tareen hadith ke khilaaf apne dil ka ghubaar kis tarah nikaalta hai aur apne jaahil awaam par kis andaaz se tafal tasalliyaat deta hai, likhta hai

" ghair muqallideen jo apne aapko ahle hadith kahte hain, ye masaakeen hadith ka naam toh lete hain magar na unko quraan ki samjh hoti hai aur na Hadith ke ma'aani mafaheem ka adraak hota hai, wah alfaz ke zaahir ko dekh kar apna man maana faisla kar lete hain, unhone muslim shareef ki hadith me 'qura' ka lafz dekh liya bas lage uchhalne koodne aur bad'zubaani ki dukaan sajaane"


JAWAB:


Ghazipuri aur dusre muqallideen ko chahiye je sahih muslim ki mazkoora hadith ko ghalat saabit karen, uske khilaaf koi aur hadith pesh karen aur un lafz ke baatini maayena ka khulaasa karen... Taa ke ahle hadion ka hadith ke zaahir alfaz ko dekh kar apna faisla kar lena ghalat saabit ho, aur use man maana qaraar diya ja sake,

lekin afsos ki baat to ye hai ke imam karkhi ke manmaane usool ko maankar khud ghazipuri uchhal kood kar raha hai, aur ahle hadithon ke khilaaf bad'zubaani ki dukhaan saja raha hai...

Ghazipuri ne kis qadr makar wa fareb aur kazzab bayaan se kaam liya hai, aage uski tahreer ka mulaheza farmaayen wah chan oot pataang hawalon se shafai Maslak waalon aur maaliki ko bhi apna hamnawa qaraar deta hai, lekin ye kisi hadith ki roshni me nahi balke chand fiqhi kitabon ki adhuri ibaarat hai,

uski shaitaani jurrat yahan tak badh gayi hai ke wah sheikh ul islam allama ibne taiymiyya rh ko bhi apna ham maslak qaraar deta hai, aur ba'taur suboot unke fatawon ki ye ibaarat naqal karta hai:

" yani agar do aadmi hon aur dono deendaar hon, toh unme se kitab wa sunnat ke waaqifkaar ko muqaddam karna mutaiyyan taur par waajib hai"


JAWAB:

Bhaiyyon aap dekh rahe hain ke allama ibn taimiyya rh ki is ibaarat me ' qura' aur 'ilm' ki koi bahes nahi hai aur na usme ye kaha gaya hai ke qura ki maujoodgi me ilm bil sunnah ko imaam banaya jaana chahiye, unhone sirf ye bataaya hai ke jab do deendaar afraad hon toh unme se kitab wa sunnat ke waqif kaar ko imaam banaaya jaaye...


Meri samjh me nahi aata ke sheikh ul islam rh ki is ibaarat ko ghazipuri ne Hanafi mazhab ki daleel ke taur par kis tarah naqal kar diya, kiya ye apne awaam ki aankhon me dhool jhonkna nahi hai ??


Isse bhi zyadah shaitaani harqat mulaheza karen ke usne hz imam bukhari rh ko apna ham maslak qaraar diya hai aur daleel ke taur par sahih bukhari ke is tarjuma ka tazkirah kiya hai

" baab ahlal ilm w fazl ahaq ba la imaamat "

yani iska bayaan ke ilm wa fazl waale imamat ke zyada haqdaar hain....


Ab ghaazipuri ke chelon se koi pooche ke is hadith baab me is baat ki saraahat kahan hai ke qura ki maujoodgi me ilm ba sunnah ko muqaddam kiya jaayega,

aur kya qura ka shumaar ahle ilm wa fazal me nahi ho sakta ??

Aur aage uski dileri dekhiye aur sahih bukhari ka naam lekar ghazipuri likhta hai

" ghair muqallideen jis hadith se is masle me istadlal karte hain wah muslim shareef ki hadith hai' hamen ek hadith bukhari shareef me bhi nazar aayi, hz malik bin huwairish ra farmate hain Ke:- hamari aamad rasoollullah(sws) ki khidmat me hui, hamara qayaam aapke paas 20 roz raha, jab hamari waapsi ka waqt aaya to aap(sws) ne hamen namaz ki taaqeed wa hidayat farmayi, aapne hamse farmaya:- jab namaz ka waqt ho toh tum me ka koi ek azaan kahe aur tum me jo bada ho wah imaamat kare "


ye waqeya bayaan karne ke baad ghazipuri intehaai sheikhi bhare aur faatehaana andaaz me ahle hadithon ko lalkaarte hue likhta hai

" naazireen dekh rahe hain ke allah ke rasool(sws) is hadith me saaf huqm farma rahe hain ke jo bada ho wah imamat kare, ye bukhari ki riwayat hai aur sabko malum hai ke muslim shareef ke muqaable me bukhaari shareef ka darja uncha hai, ghair muqallideen jo bukhaari se muhabbat ka dam bharte hain unhone is masla imamat me jo bukhari ka mazhab hai usse bhi ikhtelaaf kiya hai aur bukhaari shareef me jo riwayat hai usse bhi aankh pher li hai"


JAWAB:


Ghazipuri ne ye safed jhoot Bolkar kai baatein saabit karne ki koshish ki hai,

pahla jhoota nateeja nikaalne ki ye koshish ki hai ke hadithon me ikhtelaaf hai,

ahle hadith sahih muslim ki hadith se istadlal karte hain aur ham hanafi bukhari shareef se

aur bukhari shareef ka darjah muslim shareef se uncha hai isliye hanafion ka mazhab afzal hai.


Ye makar wa fareb aur jhoot hanafi jaahilon ke liye toh theek hai, lekin un mazkoorah hadithon se waaqif afraad ghazipuri ke shaitaani istadlal par la'haula wala quwwat padhne ke liye mazboor hain....


Isiliye maine uske liye bukhari ki wah hadith bhi naqal kardi hai jis me hai ke:-" imamat ka haqdaar wah hai jo tumme se quraan ziyaadah jaanta ho"

(ba'qaul ghazipuri ke 5 paare tilaawat karne waala jaahil nahi)


isliye sahih muslim aur sahih bukhari ki hadithen saaf bata rahi hain ke imamat ke liye ' qura' ko muqaddam kiya jaayega....


Jahan tak hz malik bin huwairis ra ke waqeye ka Talluq hai, jise ghazipuri ne hanafi jaahilon ki tasalli ke liye apne maslak ke haq me naqal kiya hai, usme 'qura' aur ilm bis sunnah se koi bahes nahi hai, baat sirf itni hai ke hz malik bin huwairis ra ke saath chand sahaba kiram ra allah ke rasool (sws) ki sohbat ba'barkat me, 20 roz tak rahe aapne unhen islam ki taaleem di, quraan ke ahkaam wa asraar samjhaaye, wah saare sahaba kiram hafiz e quraan bhi they aur aalim wa faazil bhi, isliye aap(sws) ne unko rukhsat karte hue ye nasihat farmayi ke tumme se jo bada hai wah imamat kare......


Aap phir se ek baar sahih muslim ki wah riwayat padh len jinme imamat ke haqdaar ki poori tafseel wa tarteeb hai, jab saare log qura wa ilm bis sunnah bhi honge toh us hadith me hai ke aisi soorat me wah shakhs imam hoga jo umar me bada hoga..

Is mazkoorah waqeyah me rasool akram(sws) ki hidayat to sahih muslim ki hadith ke ain mutabik hai,


lekin makkaar wa Ayyaar ghazipuri kazzab bayaani karke us waqeye ko apne khud shaakhta mazhab ki daleel bata raha hai, aur saabit kar raha hai ke naozubillah rasool akram(sws) ne mukhalif awqaat me alag alag ahkaam bayaan farmaaye hain


ye muqallideen jo hadith e rasool ke muqable me apne aabaai mazhab ko saabit karne ke liye sirf kazzab wa fareb se kaam le rahe hain, ek jhoot ko saabit karne ke liye sainkdo jhoot bol rahe hain, lekin kiya aisa karne se woh jhoot sach saabit ho sakta hai ??

Matlab ye hai ke ghazipuri usool karkhi ka had darjah paband hai wah sahaba kiram ra ke waaqeyaat aur hadison se ghalat nateeza akhaz karke hanafiyat ki zabardast khidmat kar raha hai, is silsile me uska aakhiri fareb bhi mulaheza karte chalen

likhta hai :-" rasool akram (sws) ki zabaan mubaarak se qura ka lafz hz abi bin kaab ra ke liye waarid huwa hai aur aalim ka lafz hz abu bakr ra ke baare me, aur aap(sws) ne apni zindagi ke Aakhiri lamhaat me apni jagah jisko imam muqarrar farmaya tha wah ' aalim' yani hz abu bakr siddiq ra they ,' qura' yani hz abi bin kaab ra nahi they, goya aapne amalan apni zindagi ke bilkul aakhiri ayyaam me ye faisla farma diya ke imaamat ka ziyaadah mustahiq ' qura' ke muqaable me ' aalim' hai"


JAWAB:

Tamaam musalmano ka ye aqeeda hai ke rasool akram (sws) koi deeni baat apni taraf se nahi bataate they balke wahi e ilaahi ke mutaabik deen ki taaleem dete they.... Wama yantak anil hawa in huwa ala wah yal yooha , ka yahi matlab hai,


lekin ghazipuri jaise jaamid muqallideen aur imam karkhi ke chele ye saabit karne par poora zor sarf kar rahe hain ke allah ke rasool(sws) ne deeni baaten matzaad aur ek dusre ke khilaaf bataayi hain, yani sahih muslim ki hadith ke mutaabik to aapne imamat ke liye tarteeb qayem karte hue pahle darja par qura ko rakha phir ilm bis'sunnah ko, aur uske baad zyadah umar Waale ko ya pahle islam laane waale ko.... Lekin apni zindagi ke bilkul aakhir ayyam me ba'qaul ghazipuri

aap(sws)ne khud apne hi farmaan ki dhajjiyan uda den aur farmaan bhi wah jo allah taala ki wahi ke mutaabik tha...

Ye aqeeda sirf wahi rakh sakta hai aur maan sakta hai jo taqleed jaamid ka shikaar ho aur jiske saamne farmaan e rasool ki koi ahmiyat na ho...


Bhaiyyon aap ek baar phir sahih muslim ke wah riwayat padh len jisme rasool akram(sws) ne imamat ki tarteeb bayaan ki hai, aur muqallidon se poochiye ke

kya hz abu bakr siddiq ra ' qura' nahi they ??

Haqiqat ye hai ke sahih muslim ki hadith me bayaan kardah tamaam shartein hz abu bakr ra me paayi jaati thi...

Aap 'qurra' bhi they aur aalim bis'sunnah bhi, aap zyadah umar(age) waale bhi they aur awwal al'islam bhi.... Lihaaza har soorat se aap imaamat ke haqdaar they, aur isliye allah ke rasool (sws) ne apni zindagi ke aakhir lamhaat me Aapko imam banaaya....

Khulaasa ye hai ke masla imamat ke liye sahih muslim ki hadith buniyadi taur par ek rahnuma hadith hai aur jiski taeed bukhari ki hadith bhi kar rahe hai aur is silsile me muqallideen hanfiya ka mazhab yaqeeni taur par ghalat aur khilaaf e hadith hai..
